The bidder should have prior work experience in similar works, with specific requirements including: - One work at least to the extent of 50% of the tender work amount, in the name of the bidder/firm, for works amounting to Rs. 1.0 to 10.0 Crores. - One work at least to the extent of 60% of the tender work amount or Rs. 6.00 Crores, whichever is more, for works above Rs. 10.0 Crores. - One work at least to the extent of 50% of the tender work amount, for works amounting to below Rs. 1.0 Crores. - One work at least to the extent of 30% of the tender work amount, for works amounting to Rs. 1.0 to 10.0 Crores. For works having an amount put to tender above Rs.100 Lakhs, the bidder should have completed at least 3 similar works, each of a value of at least Rs. 1.00 Crore, or 2 similar works, each of a value of at least Rs. 1.50 Crores, or 1 similar work of a value of at least Rs. 3.00 Crores. The bidder is also required to have a minimum turnover of Rs. 5.00 Crores in the last 3 years and have completed at least 75% of the contracted value in the last 3 years. In case of private work, 100% of the tender work amount with a valuation certificate is required.
