The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed specific work orders or contracts with estimated costs equivalent to certain percentages of the tender cost. The bidder should have: 1. One work order/contract equivalent to at least 20% of the estimated cost of the tender. 2. Two work orders/contracts equivalent to at least 25% of the estimated cost of the tender. 3. Three work orders/contracts equivalent to at least 30% of the estimated cost of the tender during the last preceding five financial years. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactory completion of work experience for taking Meter Reading through CMRI instrument, with specific requirements including: - 30% of total number of consumers (meters) mentioned for every month continuously for one year in single order. - 50% of total number of consumers (meters) mentioned for every month continuously for one year in two orders. In case of a Joint Venture (JV), both partners should satisfy these conditions, considering the actual value of works executed during the preceding five financial years.
