The bidder is required to have prior work experience in specific areas, including providing, lowering, laying, jointing, and satisfactory hydraulic testing of 150 mm dia M.S.Pipes, with a length of 375 Rmt, and designing, constructing, and water-tightness testing of RCC Sump with Overhead Pump House of minimum 0.85 Lakh Liters capacity. The bidder should have experience of successful completion of works with any Govt/Semi Govt. Organization/Government local body or equivalent organization, with each work experience under a single agreement. The bidder's prior work experience should include works of a similar size. In terms of value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder should have completed works of similar size, with details of the works, including the value and percentage of completion. The bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of 75% of the estimated contract value, and they should have completed similar works with a value of at least 75% of the estimated contract value. The amount of similar works completed should be at least 75% of the estimated contract value. The bidder should provide information on the cost of similar works completed. For payment of supplied items, 60% of the amount will be paid on receipt of material, 25% after lowering, laying, jointing, and the remaining 15% after satisfactory hydraulic testing. In case of collaboration, the value of work done by the collaborator should not exceed the value of work to be done by the principal contractor, and the principal contractor should complete at least 51% of the work. The estimated tender cost is Rs. 2,99,28,488/-, and the earnest money deposit is Rs. 1,50,000/- (0.5% of the cost put to tender). The bidder should have a minimum cash investment of up to 25% of the contract value during the implementation of the work.
