FOR THE YEAR 2023-24 Item No.1. Providing of computerised water bill in the prescribe format approved by SDE, feeding of new consumer data, data entry date processing & printing of bills, monthly & yearly ledger all related report / outputs as and when required which includes data entry from meter reading book processing of water bill printing of water bill of preprinted computer fill up the daily recovery to consumer ledger and give the required data monthly or daily as required including Computer Operator, Computer, Printer, Scanner, Internet Connection cost of prescribe bill form & required stationary, providing monthly consumer water meter reading with photo, bill distribute to consumers & submit counter file to section office including providing meter reading for giving water bill to consumer & taking same time reading of meter & give all information i.e. disconnection, stop meter, illegal connection to site Engineer-in-charge depositing the daily cash collection to the prescribed bank & submitting the bank receipt to respective sub division on daily basis -------- etc. complete.MJP/WMS software shall be used for billing process. Sumbimission of monthly progress report about bill quantity, assessment current recovery, arrears. Monthly reporting of all the 16 services to be gigen to the consumers on the first day of succeeding month duly signed by concerned Sectional Engineer. FOR THE YEAR 2023-24
