The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Cement grouting work: minimum 3000 bags of pressure grouting at a pressure of 5.6 kg/sqcm in a single contract. 2. Dry rubble stone pitching: minimum 1925 sqm, 450 mm Thick in a single contract. 3. Providing and laying in situ c.c. grade M-30 and above: minimum 433 cum in a single contract. 4. Earthwork in Embankment: minimum 3440 cum quantity in a single contract. 5. Desilting work in Dam: minimum 34000 CUM in a single contract. The experience of similar works completed should be: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Or two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - Or one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the estimated cost during the last 3 years. The bidder should have completed successfully at least one work of construction of concrete Spillway Construction/ Earthen Dam Embankment Repair work /desilting of dam costing Rs. 240.64 Lakhs or more in a single contract. The bidder's maximum annual turnover during the last 5 years should not be less than Rs.661.00 Lakhs. The bidder should be able to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the contract value of work during implementation, and have access to a line of credit and other financial resources facilities of at least 10% of the contract value. Substantial completion should be based on 80% (value-wise) or more works completed under the contract. The value of work executed shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the date of bid opening.
