The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Team Leader: 20 years of experience in survey assignments of major projects. 2. Cadastral Survey Expert: 10 years of experience in Engineering Surveys, Handling Cadastral Survey works. 3. GIS Expert: 10 years of experience in preparation of MIS systems and similar Infrastructure projects. 4. Survey Engineer: 10 years of experience in various survey techniques and land surveying. 5. Quantity Surveyor: 10 years of experience in preparation of quantity calculation, rate analysis, and estimation for large infrastructure projects. 6. Cad Engineer: 5 years of experience in Engineering Surveys, handling Cadastral Survey works in Auto CAD. 7. Valuation Expert: 5 years of experience in valuation of affected structures, trees, etc., with experience in Land acquisition desirable. The value and percentage of similar works completed are not explicitly mentioned. However, the bidder should have completed at least one similar project having an area of not less than 1380 Ha in a single work executed in the last five financial years. Additionally, the bidder should have completed at least one similar project having a cost of work of not less than Rs. 303.60 lakhs.
