The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar works, specifically in construction, such as residential and non-residential buildings, as well as other types of works. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last 5 years. The experience can be in the form of: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the proposed project. - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the proposed project. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the proposed project. Additionally, the bidder should have obtained approvals to plans from local bodies for at least one similar work/project of Built-up-Area (BUA) not less than 80% of BUA (currently 2557.05 sqm) and should have successfully executed such work in all respects in the last 5 years. The values and percentages mentioned are 40%, 50%, and 80% of the estimated cost of the proposed project. The bidder is also required to have a total value of works that can be used to calculate the Average Annual Turn Over (A/5).
