The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Project Manager: B.E. Civil + 15 Years’ experience (5 years as Manager) 2. Site Engineer: B.E. Civil + 10 Years’ experience (5 years in Road Construction) 3. Plant Engineer: B.E. Mech. + 10 Years’ experience or Dip. Mech + 15 years Exp. 4. Quantity Surveyor: B.E. Civil + 7 years’ experience or Dip. Civil + 10 years Exp. 5. Soil & Material Engineer: B.E. Civil + 10 years’ experience 6. Survey Engineer: B.E. Civil + 5 years Exp. or Diploma. Civil + 8 years Exp. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in building construction works, specifically in the construction of RCC framed Residential Buildings, with a minimum of G+7 and above structures completed. The value of similar work is considered as per the price level in 2024-25, and the value of similar works previously executed by the bidder shall be brought to the current price level by enhancing the actual value at a simple rate of 10% per annum calculated from the date of completion. The bidder's experience in similar work is considered based on the maximum value of works executed during the last 7 years, taking into account completed as well as works in progress, duly enhanced at a simple rate of 10% per annum. The required experience is as follows: - Three Similar Works each costing not less than ₹ 40,399,347.2 (40% of the Estimated Cost of the Works) - OR - Two Similar Works each costing not less than ₹ 50,499,184 (50% of the Estimated Cost of the Works) - OR - One Similar Work costing not less than ₹ 80,798,694.4 (80% of the Estimated Cost of the Works) The Estimated Cost of the Works is ₹ 100,998,368.
