Desktop Table : Supply of Desktop Table of size 1200 mm X 600 mm and height 750 mm made out of CRC powder coated (Grey colour) fabricated structure frame of ISI mark tubular section size 40 mm X 20 mm as shown in the drawing. The table frame should be properly fabricated and finished with proper welding, grinding and properly powder coated. The post forming laminated top of the table should be made with 25 mm ISI make approved plywood and 1 mm thick approved ISI make post forming laminate. The front side (1200 mm side) of the table top should be post forming as per sample kept at Estate Office, IUCAA and all other three sides of the table top has to be finished with 1.5 to 2.0 mm Rehau or equivalent make edge binding tape of approved colour and shade, hot pressed on plywood edges using Jowat make glue, factory finished on through feed edge binding machine etc. complete as directed

Experimental Table : Supply of Experimental Table of size 1200 mm X 900 mm and full height 1500 mm made out of CRC powder coated (Grey colour) fabricated structure frame of ISI mark tubular section size 40 mm X 40 mm as shown in the drawing and shelf support with 40 mm X 20 mm. The table frame should be properly fabricated and finished with proper welding, grinding and properly powder coated. The hard-laminated top of the table should be made with 36 mm ISI make approved plywood and 1 mm to 1.2 mm thick approved ISI make hard laminate ( laminate should be High Scratch resistance, stain resistance, chemical resistance as per SEFA 8.1 etc –Merino Luvih make or any equivalent approved make hard laminate). All the sides of the table top and shelf has to be finished with approved premium edgebinds suitable for hard laminate for factory finish seamless finish. The Shelves with 18 mm plywood with 1 mm laminate and 1.5 mm edge bind all over etc. complete as directed (The working height of the table - 900 mm).

Large Shelf assembly (Floor Mounted and wall supported) : Supply of storage unit of size 9’00” X 10’00” and depth 1'6" made out of 19 mm BWR grade commercial plywood of Archid / Green / Century or equivalent make as approved by IUCAA finished with 1.0 mm thick Laminate of approved shade and colour from Greenlam / Merino or equivalent make as approved by IUCAA. Storage unit back to be made of 19 mm BWR grade plywood of archid /century, green or equivalent make as approved by IUCAA. All internal surfaces of plywood to be finished in 1.0 mm white / ivory laminate or as approved by IUCAA. All edges of plywood (except for shutters) to be finished with 1.5 / 2.0 mm Rehau or equivalent make edge binding tape of approved colour and shade, hot pressed on plywood edges using jowat make glue, factory finished on through feed edge banding machine. Laminate finish to be factory finished hot pressed on both sides of plywood using high quality glue / adhesive as approved by IUCAA. Storage unit shutters edge to be finished in maple wood lipping of 1" x 1/4". Shutters to be fixed to sides using heavy duty SS hinges. Agency has to provide 4” SS matt finish approved handles and magnetic catchers for doors. Internal divisions as shown in the drawing with shelves. Etc. complete as directed. (The final product should be factory finish and all the work except installation has to carry out at factory)
