Supply installation testing and commissioning of 5.5Tr Precision Package Air conditioning system Floor Mounted, bottom discharge Air Cooled DX type Precision Air conditioners of 5.5 TR actual cooling capacity unit on individual circuit. The room temperature should be 20 degree C (+/- 0.5 deg C DB) & relative Humidity 50%+/- 5% at outdoor ambient conditions of 40 Deg C. The refrigerant gas used in the system should be R410 or any green gas only. The Indoor unit shall comprise of Variable speed and variable capacity Inverter Scroll Compressor. The indoor unit shal be DX type with double skin sandwitched panels on all four sides with minimum 20 mm thickness & the density of the glass wool should be minimum 32 kg/cum. Other requirements are as below. 1) Indoor & Outdoor body material - GI powder coated with minimum 18 SWG gauge. 2) Evaporator Fan complete with Backward curved type with EC motor 3) Evaporator DX Cooling Coil with hydrophilic coating 4) Indoor unit - Electronic Expansion valves (EEV), Microprocessor controllers, Filter Driers, G4 Filter, Suction and Discharge piping, Internal power and Control wiring, Crankcase heaters, Humidifiers, Heaters, HP/LP Cut-outs, Power and Control contactors, filters, Pressure relief valve, Oil Seperator, water leak detector for unit and Other Electrical accessories. The evaporator coil should be with hydrophilic coating & stainless steel drain tray. The machine shoule be inbuilt with hot gas reheat coil arrangement with modulating control for better control & precise operation. 5) The Air-cooled Outdoor Condenser unit shall comprise of Condenser fans & motor, Condenser cooling coil (Copper coil with aluminium fins), Isolator switch. The Air cooled condenser shall be with fan speed regulator with stepless speed variation. The First charge and top up refrigerant gas in the scope of agency. The unit shall be suitable for operation on minimum 375 to 455 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase, 4 Wire AC supply. Each unit should be having individual display panel, which shall display date, time, actual & set values, operating conditions, signal faults, collective faults, limiting values and PAC wellness alarm / service alarm to reduce the down time. The unit memory shall hold minimum 200 most recent events with ID number, time and date stamp for each event. Machine should be inbuilt with modbus type BMS card for remote monitoring. Machine discharge- bottom Heaters - Minimum capacity 7.5 kW.
