The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - A Site Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Building Construction Work. - A Plant/SCADA system supervisor with a minimum of 2 years of experience. - A Diploma (Civil) with minimum 5 years Experience in Building Construction Work, and a Diploma (Civil) / ITI with minimum 2 years experience. The bidder should have completed similar works with the following values: - One work of similar type of Building costing not less than Rs.289.96 Lakhs. - Two works of similar type of Building costing not less than Rs.181.22 Lakhs each. - Three works of similar type of Building costing not less than Rs.144.98 Lakhs each. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned.
