The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having a maximum annual financial turnover of at least Rs. 352.00 lakhs in the last 5 years. The bidder should have successfully completed works of similar nature, with the following options: * Three works, each with a value of not less than 40% (i.e., Rs. 105.6 lakhs) of the current cost, in the last five financial years and the current year. * Two works, each with a value of not less than 50% (i.e., Rs. 132.00 lakhs) of the current cost, in the last five financial years and the current year. * One work, with a value of not less than 80% (i.e., Rs. 211.20 lakhs) of the current cost, in the last five financial years and the current year. Additionally, the bidder should have executed minimum quantities of certain items of work in any one year during the last five years, including: * TMT Steel: 10.76 MT * PU Flooring/Acryclic Flooring/Synthetic Flooring: 300 Sqm * RCC M25 & Above: 135.86 Cum The bidder should also have experience of completion of single sport ground with synthetic flooring having area not less than 400 Sqm, and the same ground should be approved from respective sport federation. The contractor should have experience of completion of SGFI approved sport ground with synthetic flooring having area not less than 400 Sqm in any government or reputed university.
