For example, if a bidder wishes to apply for 4 districts out of which one district is from group A, one district is from group B, one district is from group C, and one district is from group D, then the total bid capacity required would be: Rs. 10 Lac (for 1 district of group A) + Rs. 20 Lac (for 1 district of group B) + Rs. 30 Lac (for 1 district of group C) + Rs. 40 Lac (for 1 district of group D) = Rs. 1 crore Another example is: Rs. 30 Lac (for 1 district of group A, but actually it is for 3 districts of group A) + Rs. 80 Lac (for 2 districts of group B, but actually it is for 4 districts of group B) + Rs. 100 Lac (for 2 districts of group C, but actually it is for 3.33 districts of group C) + Rs. 60 Lac (for 1 district of group D) = Rs. 2.70 crore Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum average turnover of 10% of Rs. 103 crore, which is Rs. 10.30 crore, in the financial years 2022-23 and 2023-24 with some government department(s) for supply and transportation of food grains. For example, if the bidder is bidding for 1 district of group D with a required bid capacity of Rs. 40 crore, then the experience with the government department from the supply and transportation of food grains and pulses in the financial years 2022-23 and 2023-24 should be an average of 10% of Rs. 103 crore, which is Rs. 10.30 crore.
