The bidder should have prior work experience in construction of similar type of work. Atleast one member should have satisfactorily completed 35% of the value of any one component of the project work so as to cover all the components of project work or any member having satisfactorily completed 35% of the value of work of each component during last seven financial years. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering construction works, specifically in building work. They should have satisfactorily completed similar type of work during the last five years, with the following requirements: - Three similar works with a work-wise cost of each work not less than 40% of the tender cost at price level 2024-25, which is Rs. 224.05 Lakhs x 3 works. - Two similar works with a work-wise cost of each work not less than 50% of the tender cost at price level 2024-25, which is Rs. 280.06 Lakhs x 2 works. - One similar work with a work-wise cost of work not less than 80% of the tender cost at price level 2024-25, which is Rs. 448.09 Lakhs x 1 work. The bidder should also have achieved a maximum annual financial turnover of not less than 75% of the annual cost of the work, with a maximum annual financial turnover amount of Rs. 420.089 Lakhs. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily executed a certain quantity of work in any one year of the last five years, including specific quantities of R.C.C. M-20 and above, Plaster, Flooring and tile work, Waterproofing, and Brick masonry work.
