The required prior work experience for the bidder includes achieving certain requirements in the last five years. To qualify, each tenderer should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, at least three similar works with values not less than: - Rs. 2,98,46,822.00 (40%), - Or two similar works with values not less than Rs. 3,73,08,528.00 (50%), - Or one similar work with a value not less than Rs. 5,96,93,645.00 (80%). Additionally, the bidder should have executed quantities of work in any one year with minimum quantities of: - 339.00 RMT of CC M-30 Bored Piles, - 460.17 CUM of CC M-25, - 477.75 CUM of CC M-20, - 421.72 SQM of Sand faced plaster. A minimum of 30% of the tendered quantity is required for each item, which translates to: - 101.7 RMT of CC M-30 Bored Piles (30% of 339.00 RMT), - 138.05 CUM of CC M-25 (30% of 460.17 CUM), - 143.32 CUM of CC M-20 (30% of 477.75 CUM), - 126.52 SQM of Sand faced plaster (30% of 421.72 SQM).
