Special Features

Air washer unit supplied under this tender shall be compatible for converting it in to Air handling unit with DX coil and VRF outdoor unit combination of 25 TR capacity and 10600 CFM flow.

Provision for installation space of DX Cooling coil, heater and humidifier to be considered.

Air washer to be preferably Forced draft type, fan installed in grid position.

Inlet Louvers shall be GI Powder Coated 18 Gauge

Filter section 600 mm width to be provided for proper removal of filters for cleaning.

SITC of Main Electrical control panel for Air washer, Extract fan and exhaust blower The electrical panel shall be fabricated from 18 G MS CRCA sheet duly powder coated with seven tank process in compartmentalised outdoor type construction with vermin proof gasketed doors. the panel shall be complete with aluminium bus bar, bus chamber, cable alley, lifting hooks, danger plates, name plates, duly powder coated MS channel base frame structure, incoming & outgoing feeders compartments of adequate sizes. All incoming and outgoing feeder shall be complete with all required accessories & components like draw out ACB/MCCB, switch gears, SFU, contactors, fuses, MCCB, timers, relays, push buttons, indicating lamps, name plates, internal wiring etc. Necessary VFD required for Extract fan to be fixed with necessary safety interlock. All switch gears should have LOTO provision. Following operation are required from panel, 1. Air washer and extract fan start in sequence with single ON/OFF switch. 2. Separate dual starter for exhaust dilution blower is to be provided. Blower motor capacity 3 ph, 2.2 kW, 4pole. ARAI will install exhaust dilution blower. 2. Manual modulation of frequency with pot switch for both Air washer fans and extract axial fan. 3. ON/OFF/TRIP status of all air washer, extract fan and exhaust blower on panel. 4. Low water level interlock. Panel should have top entry for cable connection. GA drawing for panel to be submitted to ARAI for approval before fabrication. ARAI will provide single point supply to this panel. further control cabling between main panel and remote panel to be considered by bidder. Distance between both panel will be approx. 20 mtrs.

Remote control panel The electrical panel wall mounted shall be fabricated from 18 G MS CRCA sheet duly powder coated with seven tank process in compartmentalised outdoor type construction with vermin proof gasketed doors. All switch gears should have LOTO provision. Following operation are required from remote panel, 1. Air washer and extract fan start in sequence with single ON/OFF switch. 2. Manual modulation of frequency with pot switch for both Air washer fans and extract axial fan. 3. ON/OFF/TRIP status on panel. 4. Start and stop button for exhaust blower connected to main control panel. Panel should have top entry for cable connection. GA drawing for panel to be submitted to ARAI for approval before fabrication.

GI ducting Supply, Fabrication, Installation & testing of Rectangular GI Ducting Factory Fabricated with angle type Flange as per SMACNA standards with Zinc coating thickness as per IS 277 Class VIII. Ducts to be properly sealed along the Joints & Flanges with sealant with Smoke leakage test. No slip joints allowed.

Thermal Insulation with UV coating for outdoor ducting Supply & Installation of minimum 19 mm Nitrile rubber insulation of class 'O' quality covered with two layers of glass cloth and coated with appropriate adhesive such as starbond etc. Further it will be covered with 26 G aluminium cladding.

Thermal insulation for indoor ducting Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of thermal Insulation of minimum 19 mm nitrile rubber insulation, class 'O' for fire, with factory fitted aluminium foil, bonding with class 'O' adhesive. Make: Arma cell/kflex

Motorised damper Supply, Installation ,testing and commissioning of motorized Volume Control Damper of GI opposed blade construction, with Aero foil Blade design, hand operated lever and PVC bushes for smooth operations & with ON - OFF indication including actuator with suitable torque. Entire assembly shall be suitable for Outdoor application.

Electrical Cables Supply, Laying Fixing & Testing of Copper conductor, PVC insulated. PVC sheathed, armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade. Including end termination with brass compressions glands and lugs.

Air washer power cable of appropriate size

Control Cables of appropriate size required for damper and other interlocks.

Power cable of appropriate rating required for Extract fan at return duct

Cable Tray Supplying and fixing of GI cable tray perforated type, of appropriate size, along with all necessary fittings, anchored along with the walls / suspended from ceiling / supported from the floor with necessary structural supports. Supports shall be in the form of 40 mm steel angle and provided at a distance of 1200 mm including grouting etc. Cable tray shall be covered with GI cover.

Providing & Fixing Aluminium powder coated air grill of appropriate size as per requirement of having width/depth as required for supply air duct and return air duct as per specified angle

Providing & Fixing additional MS supports for ducting. MS supports shall be duly painted with one coat of primer and one coat of oil enamel paint.

Supply & installation of AL powder coated Grills with required blade angle and collar damper for balancing required for Supply & Return air duct.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of flexible canvas connection made up of fire retardant material of suitable size for air washer supply air side duct connection.
