The required prior work experience for the bidder is 3 years for the same or similar services, specifically in services like Cleaning, Sanitation, and Disinfection, with experience in General Cleaning and Outdoor services. There are multiple requirements for similar works completed, including: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover of 363 Lakh (equivalent to 36.3 million) for the last 3 years. The bidder must also have experience of providing similar type of services to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for 2 years, with copies of relevant contracts/orders to be uploaded along with the bid. A purchase preference will be given to MSEs if the bidder has quoted a price within L-1+ 15% of margin of purchase preference/price band.
