The bidder is required to have completed previously at least one work of similar nature and complexity comparable to this work, i.e., construction of earthwork and concrete lining. The cost of 30% of similar type of work, i.e., construction of earthwork and lining in one single work, should be a minimum of Rs. 410.13 Lakhs. As a prime contractor, the contractor should have executed construction of earthwork and concrete lining of minimum quantities of the following items in a single year during the last five years: 1. Cement concrete lining: 2335.00 Cum (30% of 7783.00 Cum) 2. Embankment: 27470.00 Cum (30% of 91566.00 Cum) 3. Excavation: 32186.00 Cum (30% of 107288 Cum) The bidder's annual turnover in any one year during the last five years should be equal to or more than 75% of the annual cost put to tender, which is Rs. 512.67 lakhs. The annual cost put to tender is calculated as Rs. 683.56 lakhs, and 75% of this amount is Rs. 512.67 lakhs. Details of work done certificates of similar type and magnitude carried out by the contractor during last five years signed by Executive engineer for fulfillment of the technical criteria is required.
