The specific technical experience required is as follows: - Road works: 1 similar project in Rs 12,642 lacs, or 2 similar projects each in Rs 7,901 lacs, or 3 similar projects each in Rs 6,321 lacs. - Building & Civil works: 1 similar project in Rs 1,904 lacs, or 2 similar projects each in Rs 1,190 lacs, or 3 similar projects each in Rs 952 lacs. - Water supply & drainage works: 1 similar project in Rs 1,114 lacs, or 2 similar projects each in Rs 696 lacs, or 3 similar projects each in Rs 557 lacs. - Landscape Works: 1 similar project in Rs 539 lacs, or 2 similar projects each in Rs 337 lacs, or 3 similar projects each in Rs 269.5 lacs. - External & Internal Electrification: 1 similar project in Rs 742 lacs, or 2 similar projects each in Rs 464 lacs, or 3 similar projects each in Rs 371 lacs. The total minimum technical experience required is: - 1 similar project in Rs 16,941 lacs, - or 2 similar projects each in Rs 10,588 lacs, - or 3 similar projects each in Rs 8,470.5 lacs. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder should have executed minimum quantities of main items stated in the bid document in the last seven financial years. The bidder is also required to have achieved minimum annual financial turnover and have evidence of access to lines of credit and availability of other financial resources facilities, certified by the Bankers.
