The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid having value and formulas are as follows: 1. Average annual turnover in last 3 years: - ₹3 Cr. to ₹3.5 Cr.: 4 marks - Beyond ₹3.5 Cr.: 2 marks for each ₹50 Lakhs up to a maximum of 10 marks 2. Previous experience in successfully executing similar work of scanning and IT services: - Each project between 40 lakh to 50 lakh pages scanned with metadata entry: 2 marks - Each project between 50 lakh to 75 lakh pages scanned with metadata entry: 3 marks - Each project with more than 75 lakh pages scanned with metadata entry: 5 marks 3. Development and implementation of Document Management System (DMS): - 2.5 marks for each work order of DMS under implementation or completed 4. Bidders having own scanners: - 20 scanners: 3 marks - For every next 10 scanners: 1 mark 5. Bidder having laptop/PCs: - 75 laptop/PCs: 3 marks - For every next 25 laptop/PCs: 1 mark 6. Technical resources in bidder’s payroll: - 5 technical resources: 3 marks - Beyond 5 resources: 1 mark for every additional resource Additionally, the following capacities are required: 1. Minimum cumulative turnover of Rs. 9 Crores from IT services for the last 3 financial years. 2. Minimum cumulative turnover of Rs. 6 Crores from Scanning and IT related work for the last 3 financial years. 3. Positive net worth for the last 3 financial years. Penalty formulas: 1. If the number of erroneous records found is > 5% <= 10% of every 50,000 data entries, 2% of the cost of that particular batch will be deducted from the payment. 2. If the number of erroneous records found is > 10% <= 15% of every 50,000 data entries, 5% of the cost of that particular batch will be deducted from the payment. 3. If the number of erroneous records found is > 15% of every 50,000 data entries, 10% of the cost of that particular batch will be deducted from the payment.
