The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed works of similar nature in any Govt. Organizations / Govt. Undertaking Agencies during the last 7 years. The bidder should have completed: (a) One similar completed work with deployment of Security Guards & Supervisors not less than 152 Nos. and amounting not less than Rs.562.22 Lakhs; OR (b) Two similar completed works each with deployment of Security Guards & Supervisors not less than 95 Nos. and amounting not less than Rs.351.39 Lakhs; OR (c) Three similar completed works each with deployment of Security Guards & Supervisors not less than 76 Nos. and amounting not less than Rs.281.11 Lakhs. The exact percentage of similar works completed is not specified. However, the bidder needs to provide a list of works executed in the last five years, along with their magnitude and work completion certificates. In case of works completion certificate issued by organizations other than Govt./ Govt. undertaking agencies, 50% valuation will be considered. The value of works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the executed value of work in the year of completion at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Additionally, the Average Audited (Annual) Turnover (Excluding GST and any other Taxes) during the last 3 years should be at least 30% of the Cost Put to the Bid, i.e., ` 210.83 Lakhs, and the Net Worth during the last audited financial year should be greater than ` 70.28 Lakhs.
