Design, manufacture and Supply of Electronic Interlocking (EI) system (Hot Standby) architecture complete as per RDSO specification No. RDSO/SPN/192/2019 Ver. 2.0/RDSO SPN 203/2011 ver 1.0 with latest amendment or latest version or latest specifications. RDSO Technical Advisory Note No. STS/ E/ TAN/3012 Ver 2.0 dated or latest regarding Technical System Application Approval for Electronic Interlocking (EI) installations, STS/ SSI/ General dated 07.012.2019 as per the technical requirements and tentative approved Signalling Plans & Diagrams with OEMs specification. Electronic Interlocking (E) system mainly consisting of Central processing Equipment, Interface Equipment's and all types of required Relays, EI racks etc. as per requirements, dual operator industrial Grade Embedded PC (as per CI 5.3.2. of RDSO specification or latest) with VDU panel (55" "4K" LED 2 nos. or bigger) with Redundancy as per the RDSO technical advisory Note No. STS/E/TAN/3007 Version 1 dt. 02.112.12 or latest (Hot standby dual VDU Normally one system will be online and other system will be in standby mode), All types of required Relays suitable for EI, interconnecting cables and Jumper wires. It also includes provision of industrial grade maintenance Terminals (as per CI 5.3.2 and 7.2 of RDSO specification or latest ) 45" "4K" LED OR Bigger with UPS minimum 2 hr back up), required power Supply DC-DC converters for EI equipments' Housing for EI equipments and enclosures, fuses, screw less disconnecting type terminals, fixture mounting arrangements and accessories necessary to make the EI system functional as per approval signalling plan. It does not include supply of Data logger, however Protocol Convertor for Data logger to be supplied. The tenderer should furnish complete details of cards/modules/sub modules connectors, relays etc, for each station. For system "A&B" segregation between the DC-DC converters should be made so that in case of failure only one system is affected. The system design shall Incorporate details of approved SIP and its subsequent alteration/modification till its commissioning. It included supply of essential spare for EI modules at 10%- Essential spares of the EI equipments subject to minimum one of each type mainly consisting of processor, cards/ module, interface relay etc. Item wise detailed break up with unit and quantity to be provided in separate annexure. "CENTRALISED EI Installation ,testing & commissioning of EI system complying to RDSO Technical Advisory Note No STS/E/TAN/3012 Ver 2.0 dated 10.08.2016 and Supply, Installation ,testing & commissioning of earthing arrangment for EI as per RDSO/SPN/197/2008 at 1 locations/Gumtis/Cabins/EI Huts/Auto Hut of the Yard, Earthing of EI equipment, relay racks and Power equipment etc to be done with Class A protection, Earthing shall be in the form of Perimetric/Ring Earth conforming to RDSO specification and RDSO technical advisory note for earthing and bonding scheme of EI No. STS/E/TAN/3006 Ver.1 Dt. 02.11.2012 or latest, with earth resistance less than 1 ohm."

Training of Technician/ Engineers/ Senior Engineers in installation, for trouble shooting & repairing, Commissioning, Testing, Repairs Troubleshooting. (Hard copies of training material/ course modules to be given to each participant).
