Supplying, Providing and fixing wall paper France/ German made or similar on existing 16 surface including adhesive,material, labours, lead and lift complete in all respect Rate includes cleaning the surface making in good condition for application of the wall paper so that the application without any bubbles etc. complete.

Supplying, Providing and fixing VISTA make or similar miler blinds in existing windows 17 including material labours tools plants lead and lift etc complete in all respect. Supplying and fixing perforated/plan, pre-painted Aluminium false ceiling of Armstrong/Techno Associates' or similar make at required height, form a grid of 60x60cm The size of 30 pannel is required to modify at locations to accomodate light fitting, fan & other fixtures including strutting. hooking. cutting etc for suspension from floor/roof slab with wire or approved support system to adjust the height. the panel shell be of Armstrong make or similar make. with all materials. tools & plants, lead & lifts, cost of labour and inclusive of all taxes complete in all respect. as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

"Metal beam Crash Barrier Double W Single side : Providing and erecting ""W"" metal beam 02 Nos barrier comprising of 2 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail on 1.50m high channel post (150x75x4mm) above ground level and 1.20m below ground level, spaced at 2m centre to centre, all steel parts, all fittings and fitments to be galvanized by hot dip process confirm to IS 4759, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post complete. Work will be carried out as per Railway approved drawing and as per specification and special condition of contract attached here 1 with. The post should be placed below G.L. by Driven mechanism or auger mechanism as directed Engineer in- charge as per site conditions. The concrete and shuttering as and when required will be paid under the relevant items. Note: The item rate includes with materials, labours, lead, lift, loading, unloading, Tools and plants, all taxes, site cleaning, bush cutting, preparation of approach path, manuel carting of materials due to unavoidable site requirement, etc with contractors own materials and labours necessary for doing all the work involved in constructing the metal beam railing barrier complete in place in all respects as per the Specifications. Work will be carried out as per direction and instruction of Engineer in charge of work/ Engineer representative. (No any extra payment shall be paid by Railway)."

Providing waterproofing treatment with waterproof plaster of 25 mm thickness having cement mortar (1:3) on top of which China mosaic on terrace slab as per the following specification Preparing surface by scrapping and brushing so as to remove at loose materials etc. and complete washing of the surface with water, providing cement concrete to proper slopes as directed by 1 Engineer, Flying fone primer mat based waterproofing compound of approved quality mixed with cement (1kg of waterproofing Som compourd and 2 kg of cement should cover an area of 2.80 sqm). Laying broken China mosaic (broken pieces of china glazed tiles) of approved colour set in 25mm thick cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing powder of approved quality to correct levels and slopes and joints finished by pouring cement slurry and brooming them down the tiles shall be closely packed such that china mosaic covers at least 90% of slab area.
