The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed or substantially completed one Eligible Assignment of value equal to or more than 35% of the estimated cost of the Project Supervision Services. Substantially completed means that the Bidder has received at least 90% of the professional fees/agreement value towards undertaking such Eligible Assignment. The Eligible Assignment should be from the past 5 financial years. In terms of financial capacity, the bidder shall have received total income equal to 150% of the estimated cost of the Project Supervision Services Agency from professional (consultancy) fees in the 3 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date. The nature of the projects for which the Project Management Consultancy/Services have been engaged for development and/or construction should fall under specific categories. For foreign assignments, work experience for only Government bodies shall be considered, and the assignment should be directly awarded to the Bidder by a Government Department/PSUs or by a Public listed company having an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years. The value of the Eligible Assignment should be at least 35% of the estimated cost of the Project Supervision Services, and the bidder should have received at least 90% of the professional fees/agreement value for the Eligible Assignment.
