Central Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing specific categories of work(s) during the last 7 years. The categories are as follows: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender. - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender. - One similar work, costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the tenderer must have completed works with estimated tender costs for each component, with values such as: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. - One similar work, costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. Additionally, for subcontractors, the requirements include: - Successfully completing at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years, but no previous work experience is required for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh.
