Air-Conditioning System for Administration building (Green Building in compliance with GRIHA & shall be compatible with Building Management system)

Water Cooled Central Air-Conditioning System (Chiller type) for Administration building :-Design, engineering, manufacture, procurement of raw materials and bought outcomponents, fabrication, assembly at shop, shop painting, inspection, testing atmanufacturer's works, packing and delivery including supply of all commissioning spares, mandatory spares, special tools and tackles as applicable, first fill of refrigerants, oils and lubricants for air conditioning system, transportation from vendor's works to site, unloading at site, handling, transportation to contractor's store and contractor's store to work site, storage at work site, assembly at work site, local handling, installation of HVAC equipment including VAV Boxes, VFD driven watercooled chiller, VFD driven AHU, supply air, Piping (chilled water, condensate, cooling water etc.) and associated items, hook up, testing, painting, insulation,commissioning, performance guarantee run test at site, handing over to client and other field works including civil & structural work complete in all respect as per the Scope of Supply & Work (Doc. No. B378-999-80- 42-SOW-8209) and Job Specification (Doc. No. B378-999-80-42- SP-8209) attached with the tender. The supplied HVAC system shall be able to actuate/control/monitor through Building Management System. For details, refer instrumentation specification (doc. No. B378-999-16-51SP-8209) attached elsewhere with the tender.
