Providing and fixing double tubular scaffolding system using H- frames with cup lock type up to seven story height and in underground vaults made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in - charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding for walls and plan area of the scaffolding for slabs/beam soffit shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Providing and applying white cement based wall putty of approved make over concrete or Plastered surface up to 3 mm thick to get uniform surface free from undulation including cleaning etc. all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and Painting with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) on internal WALLS & CEILINGS of underground vaults and other areas using approved finishing coat at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer' specifications including a priming coat if specified by the manufacturer, preparation of surface by cleaning with wire brush and rubbing with sand paper to remove dust, dirt etc, after first coat Epoxy based trowelling compound if required , including preparation of the surface by scrapping, applying sand paper, filling the holes, joint, cracks if any , covering EPs etc complete, all as per manufacturers Technical Data and as directed at site ( Contractor has to provide Elcometer sampling sheets etc at his cost for testing film thickness) On Concrete surfaces 500 micron total film thickness (High build epoxy)
