Providing and Painting with Epoxy PU paint on STEEL surfaces using 2 coats of (120 Micron dry film thickness) Epoxy PU high build coating as finishing coat over a priming coat of High Build primer of 50 micron thickness over steel surfaces at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer' specifications including preparation of surface by cleaning with wire brush and rubbing, scraping , applying sand paper , making free of Rust, dust, dirt etc. filling the holes, joint, cracks if any using epoxy putty complete. all as per manufacturers technical data and as directed at site to achieve minimum overall dry Film thickness of 170 micron (50 Micron primer Coat + 120 micron finishing Coat).

Providing, supplying and fixing hollow metal flush steel doors 40 mm thick of approved make consisting of door frame and shutters and all hardware fittings, frame made out of 14g thick G.I sheets and shutters made of 16g thick sheets, hollow portion filled with puff, including necessary stiffners in shutters and frame, vision panel of specified size with 4 mm glass and clip on pressed steel frame for vision panels, fixing 4 nos heavy duty stainless steel 304 grade ball bearing hinges, mortise / dead lock of approved make, a pair of 200 mm long stainless steel handles, 250 mm long stailless steel tower bolt, etc. frame hollow portion filled with PCC 1:2:4, necessary hold fast embedded in concrete, fixing in concrete with anchor fastners. finished with Polyurethane painting of approved colour complete all as per drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing 15 mm thick plastering using Ready mix internal plastering compound of approved make for internal faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing structural repairs in old damaged concrete structures / surfaces with approved Polymer with following operations : 1) Removal of loose/Spalled or damaged concrete by chipping and cleaning the concrete surface and reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water. 2) Cleaning the re-bars with Acetone for complete rust removal and washing with water to make the surface clean. 3) Applying protective coat / bond coat using polymer and cement in the proportion of 1:1.5 (1 part of polymer and 1.5 parts of cement) in synthetic enamal paint like consistancy with brush. 4) Reinstate the area with polymer modified mortar in layers of maximum 20 mm with the proportion of Cement 50 Kg : washed and dried river sand 87.50 kg ; silica sand 37.50 Kg. mixed with 10 litres of Polymer (or 1 Kg cement : 1.75 kg washed and dried river sand ; 0.75 Kg silica sand : 200 ml polymer) 5) If thickness of repair exceeds 20mm , after every 20 mm thick repair, bond coat as per 2 above to be applied and further thick of repair to be continued for each layer. Note : This work is inclusive of all materials, labour etc. complete all as directed at site using approved polymer suitable for structural repair shall be used.

Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and Chequrred Plates for Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc.including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc.including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Using materials of approved manufacturers. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials conforming to IS:2062

Providing Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists and other sections, welded and / or bolted in built up sections for trusses , structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Up to and including 300 mm Joists, 350 mm channels, and below sections using materials of approved manufacturers. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials. Notes for Item Nos. 15 & 16 : 1. The contractor shall supply documentary evidence of purchase of steel, Test certificate from approved manufacturers and also third party testing from approved laboratories with out any extra cost. 2. Welding weights, connections, bolts and nuts shall not be measured for payment but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the rates. 3. Welding Electrodes from approved manufactrers meetinf all the technical specifications (the electrode gives smooth radiographic quality weld with low spatter and smoke) grade only shall be used. 4. Holes to be drilled only by Drilling machines and gas cutting of holes are not permitted. 5. Rate inclusive of all consumables like GAS, welding electrodes and tools and tackles etc.

Providing and fixing double tubular scaffolding system using H- frames with cup lock type on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in - charge. Note : (1)The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. (2) The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Carrying out Construction safety implementation works like daily walk through survey, monitoring safe working procedures (SWP/SOP) and implimentation of safety requirements, ensuring regular usage of safety gadgets by workers/staff, helping Engineer / Safety Officer to prepare various reports like Work Permit, Height Pass, Checklist etc., reporting unsafe conditions/acts to the site engineer and preparation of monthly safety reports all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Notes : (1) Each Job shall be carried out by one qualified Safety Steward having minimum SSC with one year experience in Construction Safety field or SSC with certificate course in Construction Safety by MSME or equivalent Training Institute, with basic knowledge of First aid. (2) Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one Safety Steward for each job as Single Day work for 6 working days per week for minimum 8 ½ hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintainance work, the person will have to stay longer occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account. (3) Period of work: The contractor shall carry out number of Jobs per day as directed by Engineer-in -Charge. (4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one Safety Steward exclusively for the particular job. (5) The Safety Steward should be engaged after scrutiny by EIC of CED, BARC and approved by Competent authority and the deployed Safety Steward will report to BARC Engineer/ EIC. (6) The minimum notice period before change of Safety Steward is 1 (one) month; failing which a compensation, for not providing technical support, of ₹ 1,103/- per day of shortfall in notice period will be levied on the contractor.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick Cement based particle board panel conforming to IS 14276-1995, made out of approximately 62% cement, 28% wood particles (dehumidified) and balance 10% water & chemical; along with 1 mm thick Lamination sheet Sued/Mat finish of approved colour/ shade in approved design/patten with approved wood anti bubble waterproof adhesive and fixing the same in existing aluminium frame for wall panelling with C.P brass / stainless steel screws, decorative fastners etc. (Rear side of boards to be painted with approved wood primer) including providing 1mm groove in lamination complete based on architectural drawings and as per manufacturer specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site. Biological Properties: The board shall be resistant to termite and vermin attack. It shall not support fungus growth. Sound Insulation : The board shall provide minimum sound reduction of 32dB for the frequency range 100-3150 Hz. Chemical Stability: The board shall be chemically stable building material which maintains its strength with time and exposure to elements. It shall be unaffected by many dilute chemicals such as brines, bleaches, detergents and chlorine solutions. Dimensionally Stability : The maximum swelling in thickness of the board after 2 hours of immersion in water shall be less than or equal to 1% and after 24 hours immersion shall be less than or equal 1.5%. The maximum longitudinal and transverse swelling shall be less than or equal to approximately 0.3% for change in relative humidity of air from 30% to 95% at 20 degree Celsius. Durability:The board shall suffer insignificant deterioration when exposed to extreme climatic conditions.It shall withstand any temperatures from – 40 degree Celsius to 90 degree Celsius. Providing and fixing 2 Hour Fire rated metal framed partions of Non Load bearing type (98 mm over all Thickness) using Floor / ceiling Channels of 50 x 32 x 32 x 0.55 mm size at Top & bottom perimeter of the Partiotion and Studs of 48 x 50 x 48 x 0.55 mm Vertically at maximum of 610 mm centre to centre and Bracing members of 45 x 15 x 15 x 0.90 mm at horizondal at all board joints with 2 Boards of 12 mm thick Calcium silicate board on both sides with self drilling screws to metal frame at 200 mm C/C. Designing, providing and fixing of 4 mm thick approved make and shade Aluminium Composite Metal Panel of approved make cladding at different locations including soffits of over-hangs but excluding aluminium frame work with grids filled in with weather silicon sealant as per the drawings. The ACM panel composition shall be of 0.5 mm thick PVDF coated aluminium sheet + 3 mm thick low density polyethelene virgin resin core + 0.5 mm thick polyester (PVDF) coated Aluminium sheet all complete as per approved shop drawings and specification (Aluminium frame work will be paid under relevant item). Note : ACMP shall be measured to the actual visible area of the ACP sheet including silicon joints as fixed on site.

Supplying of two component (Base : Solidifier = 3:1 ratio by volume) rapid curing paste (super Metal Solidifier) for GI pipe / metal pipe repair in Mod Labs, CED store including transportation, loading, un-loading, stacking etc. complete as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-charge. It shall be water based epoxy resin, anti-corrosive, high-strength structural adhesive having mixed density of 2.41-2.61 g/cc etc. The paste shall be silicon steel alloy blended with high molecular weight reactive polymers and oligomers. Note : (1) The shelf life of the product shall be five years from the date of manufacturing. (2) The Contractor shall submit the product brochure and test certificates before supplying the materials to the department. (3) The rapid curing paste shall satisfy the following technical parameters: i) Compressive strength (Yield) (as per ASTM D695): Min. 66 MPa at 20 deg. celsius and Min. 75 MPa at 100 deg. celsius ii) Taber abrasion resistance (as per ASTM D4060) with 1kg load: H10 Wheels(wet) 852 cubic mm loss per 1000 cycles (max.) and CS17 Wheels (Dry) 24 cubic mm loss per 1000 cycles (max.) iii) Adhesion (tensile shear) (as per ASTM D1002): Min. 19 MPa for mild steel iv) Excellent chemical resistance to common inorganic acids & alkalis at concentration up to 20% (4) Tentative/Suggested model and make for guidance of bidder(s) : Belzona 1111 of M/s Belzona or approved equivalent make

(3)The above fast curing repair paste shall have the following technical parameters: i) Taber abrasion resistance (as per ASTM D4060) with 1kg load: H10 Wheels (wet) 1061 cubic mm loss per 1000 cycles (max.) and CS17 Wheels (Dry) 54 cubic mm loss per 1000 cycles (max.) ii) Pull of adhesion (as per ASTM D4541 & ISO4624): Min. 29 MPa in clean & dry condition and min. 32 MPa in wet condition. iii) Cleavage adhesion on MS substrates (as per ASTM D1062):Min. 295 N/mm for Grit blasted surface and Mi. 285 N/mm for Ground surface.
