Supply and application of KEMPEROL V 21O OF KEMPER SYSTEM GERMANY or approved equivalent in 2.0 mm thick by using three component liquid applied system based on unsaturated polyester resin with polyester fleece as reinforcement in the follwong steps . 1. On the previously prepared surface apply, KEMPEROL EP Primer evenly with the help of a Nylon Brush. Consumption of Primer should be 300 to 500 gm/m2 depending upon nature of substrate. 2.Sprinkle silica sand (0.3 to 0.7 mm) @ 100 gm per Sqm on the wet primer. 3. After atleast 12 Hrs of primed surface apply KEMPEROL V 210 mix with help of a Nylon roller or Brush.(Consumption of KEMPEROL V 210 should be 1.7 to 2 Kgs/m2 in the first coat ) 4.Roll out the KEMPEROL Fleece of 165 GSM over the KEMPEROL V 210 wet mix. (overlaps of Kemperol fleece should be not less than 50mm over the joints) 5. Remove all wrinkles and then saturate completely with KEMPEROL V 210. (consumption of KEMPEROL V 210 in the top coat should be 0.9 to 1 Kgs/m2 ). (Total consumption for Kemperol V210 should be @ 2.6 to 3.0 Kg/m2 in complete item). The tensile strength of the complete system/ membrane should be more then @ 8.0 N/mm2 and Elongation more than 44 % (with Fleece). etc complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note : The Applicator shall provide 10 years Performance guarantee for the complete waterproofing work.

Supply and application of KEMPEROL 1 K OF KEMPER SYSTEM GERMANY or approved equivalent of 1.8 to 2.0 mm thick by using Kemperol 1 K (Single component PU Solvent free, highly flexible, UV resistant , root resistant system) at all critical Area such as Beam Column joints, parapet Top etc in the following steps including surafce preparartion. 1) Applying Kemco Pox 2K a solvent free two component primer over prepared surface at the rate of 0.25- 0.4 kg/m2 by means of a roller until the pores of the substrate are fully closed. 2) After atleast 12 Hrs of Primed surface apply KEMPEROL 1 K material on the surface with brush or nylon roller @ 1.5 Kg. / m2., then roll KEMPEROL FLEECE 120 GSM. 3) Remove all air & wrinkle and then apply saturate Fleece completely with 0.7 kg/m2 of Kemperol 1 K. 4) After atleast 12 Hrs., apply Top Coat of KEMPEROL 1 K material @ 0.3Kg/m2 (Total consumption for Kemperol 1 K @ 2.5 to 2.7 Kg/m2 in complete item) with brush or nylon roller including all lifts, leads as directed etc. complete. The tensile strength of the membrane should be @ 9.8 N/mm2 and Elongation at break with fleece should be @ 83.5 % (with fleece) etc complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Applying Kemco Pox 2K or approved equivalent for treatment to vertical wall in the following steps 1) Apply solvent free two component primer Kemco Pox 2K- at the rate of 0.25 - 0.4 kgs/m2 to the area 2) Applying 2 coats of KEMPEROL 1K or equivalent over the primed surface with nylon roller/ brush. Each coat should apply after the interval of atleast 12 Hrs., including cost of all materials, labour, machinery, tools & tackles and consumables all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Total consumption for Kemperol 1 K @ 0.7 to 0.9 kgs/m2) Note : The Applicator shall provide 5 years Performance guarantee for the complete waterproofing work

Dismantling plain cement concrete manually / by mechanical means carefully without damaging adjacent structures including disposal of debris within 200 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling old plaster / skirting carefully , raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 100 m lead

Providing 20 mm thick plastering using Ready mix external plastering compound of approved make for external faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning scaffolding up to 10 metres height complete.all as per specifications including forming drip moulds wherever necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing structural repairs in old damaged concrete structures / surfaces with approved Polymer with following operations 1) Removal of loose/Spalled or damaged concrete by chipping and cleaning the concrete surface and reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water 2) Cleaning the re bars with Acetone for complete rust removal and washing with water to make the surface clean. 3) Applying protective coat / bond coat using polymer and cement in the proportion of 1; 1.5 (1 part of polymer and 1.5 parts of cement in synthetic enamal paint like consistancy with brush 4) Reinstate the area with polymer modified mortar in layers of maximum 20 mm with the proportion of Cement 50 Kg : washed and dried river sand 87.50 kg ; silica sand 37.50 Kg. mixed with 10 litres of Polymer (or 1 Kg cement : 1.75 kg washed and dried river sand ; 0.75 Kg silica sand : 200 ml polymer) 5) If thickness of repair exceeds 20mm , after every 20 mm thick repair, bond coat as per 2 above to be applied and further thick of repair to be continued for each layer. This work is inclusive of all materials, labour, complete all as directed at site using approved polymer suitable for structural repair shall be used) Note: Scaffolding will be paid separately under relevant item

Replacing existing damaged rain water gratings at roof terrace with stainless steel( SS304.) dome type grating size upto 150 mm diameter downtake pipe including finishing/chamfering the mouth of the outlet so as to easily flow the rain water out of the terrace, cleaning of site and curing of the finished surface for 14 days etc. complete as directed by EIC.
