Pre-mixed Polymer Modified Mortar (PMM) Kg Structural repairs works with pre-packed dual shrinkage controlled (volume stable in wet & hardened state), single-component ready-to-use, structural grade high build, alkali-resistant, fibrereinforced, thixotropic polymer modified repair mortar having excellent bond strength to old damaged concrete structures / surfaces by the following process: 1) Removal of loose/spalled or damaged concrete by chipping and cleaning the concrete surface to open up to 20mm behind the reinforcement steel with wire brush and with clean water including removal of dirt, paint, wax, oil, grease, laitance, foreign substances, etc.Mechanically profile and prepare concrete surfaces by abrasive blasting, waterjetting or other engineer approved methods 2) Cleaning the rebars with Acetone for complete rust removal and washing with water to make the surface clean. Ensure that the concrete substrate and ambient temperatures are between (10°C and 35°C) before application 3) Applying protective coat / bond coat using Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) polymer and cement in the proportion of 1: 1 (1 part of polymer : 1 parts of cement). 4) Mixing full 25 Kg bag with clean potable water in water to product ratio of 0.12 to 0.18), mixed by heavy-duty slow speed (300 to 600 rpm) drill with spiral mixing paddle or forced action pan mixer pan for 3 minutes to achieve uniform lump free mortar consistency. 5) Applying polymer modified mortar with trowel & float. Supply & fixing Aluminium perforated/plain Tile Ceiling System having perforation size of 2mm dia, pitch of 2.15/4.3mm c/c, size of 600x600mm/600x1200mm Tiles made of 0.5/0.7 mm thick powder coated aluminium with the acoustic PET Sheet Sandwiched in the perforation/plain tile. The metal ceiling panels shall be accessible from down with a torsion spring system as per manufacturer recommendation. Installation : The Panel shall be in Global white colour tile to be laid on grid systems with 25mm/15mm wide T-section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on the Main Runner, 1200mm and 600mm Cross Tees. The Main Runners: 24mm deep, inverted “Tee” sections, 3m long, Wall angle : 15mm x 15mm with Suspension of 12 gauge Hanger wire along with pre-stretched galvanized steel Or 4mm Threaded Rod with butterfly leveler. The system should meet Fire retardant standard of BS 476: Part 6 & Part 7. The Acoustic panel should have an average sound absorption of NRC 0.75. Providing and fixing in position Acoustical Polyethylene Terephthalate Sheet Panel of size 2400mm x 1200mm, made up from compressed polyester Fibre of 12mm thickness, 1600 GSM Density. The Tech-Panel should be Highly resistance to humidity (RH:99%), water vapour diffusion resistance (as per ISO-12572-2016 standards), zero mold growth (as per EN-15101-1 standards), Highly versatile and (Class A) flame retardant (as per BS-3119 standards, IS-15061 standards) and Thermal conductivity (as per EN12667 standards), The product should have an acoustical performance of 0.80 NRC. Installation : The Sheet Panel should be fixed on Anodised Aluminium framework of 50mmx50mmx1.5mm equally spaced and welded at distance of 600x600mm center to center, Anodised Aluminium hollow space section should be filled with Polyurethane sound resistance chemical. The wall should be treated with 2mm Mass Loaded Vinyl Membrane and Suitable Wall Isolators should be fixed to the frame to achieve the STC of 30dBA. The frame infill should be of 50mm Polysynth (density 1000 GSM). The framework should be finished with 10mm Marine-ply having 22 to 25mm Helmholtz perforations. The exposed surface of the ply should be treated with finishing material of 12mm Non-woven panel by using heavy duty proprietory resin/adhesive. The paneling shall be finished as per the design, sizes, colour, and joints as directed by the architect, including scaffolding, cut-outs, joints and all other elements complete in all respect.

Supply & fixing of Access floor panels shall be of high performance grade, made from prime quality steel with light weight cementious core of size 600 x 600 x 32mm. The panels shall be finished with high pressure laminated of high abrasion, anti-static tile with surface resistivity in ohms – 1x 10 to the fifth power – 1 x 10 to ninth power; Volume resistivity – 1 x 10 to fifth power to 1 x 10 eight power in size 600 x 600 x 1.60mm, cut at 45 degree along every edge of the panel panel to avoid edge chipping, breakages, pealing of beading, lateral deflections & scratching between 2 panels. The bottom of the panel shall be embossed in hemispherical shape to give strength and flexural rigidity. The entire panel shall be finished with electro deposition of cathodic epoxy coat on exposed surface for lifetime protection. The panels will be placed on pedestals and stringers made from all steel zinc plated construction. Pedestal & stringer assembly provide will have easy adjustments of leveling and accurately align panels to ensure lateral restrain. Pedestal heads are designed to avoid rattle or squeaks. The height of the Access floor shall be adjusted upto 300mm height as per the requirement. The steel Based plate of the pedestal will be fixed on the sub-floor with epoxy pedestal adhesives.

Providing and fixing of Hollow metal fire rated doors as per IS 3614 part-1 & part-2 for stability and integrity. Pressed Galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with the following specification. Recommended fire door shall have doors tested at CBRI or ARAI for maximum rating of 2hrs with vision panel. Test certificates should be available for vision lites /panels as part of the fire door assembly. Independent glass test certificates will not be accepted. Manufacturer test certificate shall cover doors both single and double leaf and all doors supplied should be within the tested specimen, deviation in specification and sheet thickness other than what is mentioned in the test certificates are not allowed. Proper label confirming the type of door and the hourly rating is mandatory. Door frame shall be double rebate profile of size 143 x 57 mm made out of 1.60mm (16gauge) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be Mitered and field assembled with self tabs. All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Rubber door silencers should be provided on the striking jamb. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Once frame installed should be grouted with cement & sand slurry necessary for fire doors on the clear masonry opening. Door shutters shall be of G.I sheet 18 gauge thick with necessary stiffners. All doors and frames shall be finished with polyurethane aliphatic grade paint of approved colour. The door leaf and frame shall have passed minimum 250 hours of salt spray test.

Carrying out Civil Engineering works like surveying & leveling, checking of form work fabrication, reinforcement fabrication as per drawings, witnessing sample retrieval & testing for various construction materials, ensuring concrete ingredient ratio at batching plant and pouring of appropriate grade of concrete in plain and reinforced concrete works, ensuring proper mixing of approved ingredients & waterproofing admixtures for mortars and brickwork, plaster, flooring & waterproofing works, and other civil & PH works including supervision of construction safety as per BARC specifications & relevant documentation, compiling, binding and preparation of tender documents & Agreements overall as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : (1) Each Job shall be carried out by one qualified Technician having minimum SSC with Trade certificate in Masonary/Plumber/Carpenter/Painter Trade of not less than one year duration from ITI/Government Recognised Vocational Training Institute or experienced Technician retired from Government service. (2) Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one Technician for each job as Single Day work for 6 working days per week for minimum 8 ½ hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintainance work, the Technician will have to stay longer occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account. (3) Period of work: The contractor shall carry out number of Jobs per day as directed by Engineer-in -Charge. (4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis per day. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one Technician exclusively for the particular job. (5) The Technician should be engaged after scrutiny by EIC of CSS, BARC and approved by Competent authority and the deployed Technician will report to BARC Engineer/ EIC. (6) The minimum notice period before change of technician is 1 (One) month; failing which a compensation, for not providing technical support, of Rs. 1,206/- per day of shortfall in notice period will be levied on the contractor.
