Providing and fixing 304 grade Stainless Steel pipes, plates, edge angle, grating, railing, counters etc. of approved size and make and quality by welding, mirror /matt polishing, fixing at site etc. for pipeline, edging, grating including special sections as per drawings, specifications. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Quoted rate shall includes the cost for nylon bullets. All pipes fittings,ss bolts, tubular sections etc. will be measured and paid in the above item.Note: Contractor shall arrange for testing of all SS materials at his cost and the same shall be deemed to be included in his quoted rate.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required filling the gaps using silicon grout sealent etc. (fittings glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately) Anodised Aluminium sections (Minimum anodizing thickness of 15 micron) Notes : 1) The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fastners required for fabrication and fixing in the walls. 2) All joints shall be of mittered Joints. 3) A long M.S. rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S washers & nuts. 4) Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for.

Providing and painting TWO coats of synthetic enamel paint on new wooden surfaces of approved brand and manufacturer of required colour to give an even shade over an under coat of suitable shade primer of approved brand and manufacturer including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Painting two coats on steel surfaces with synthetic enamel paint of approved bnrand and manufacture to give an even shade over a Primer Coat.including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Project Engineer.

Providing & Applying polymer modified, liquid applied, crack bridging, elastic, 2 pack acrylic polymer modified cementitious water-proofing coating system on concrete /plastered wall surfaces. The waterproofing chemical shall have Tensile strength of not less than 2 N/mm2 , Elongation not less than 35%. The substrate must be prepared by suitable mechanical preparation techniques such as high pressure water jetting, needle guns, blast cleaning etc. and properly pre-wetted to a saturated surface dry (SSD) condition. Blast clean to remove all contaminants within pores /blowholes.Mixing of Mortar shall be carried out as per Manufacturers specification using slow speed paddle mixer (500- 600 rpm).Subsequently,application of mortar and Curing shall be carried out as per Manufacturer's specifications all as per the directions of the Engineer -in Charge at all levels and locations complete. Note: Scaffolding will be measured and paid under relevant item.

Filling the gap between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC / Brick work / Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete Up to 5 mm depth and 5 mm width. Including removing the existing sealant and clean the surface.

Providing , painting and finishing walls with two coats of exterior emulusion paint of approved make on sand face plaster/ plain plaster & concrete of required shade over new work including base coat of water proofing cement paint, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, applying one coat of acrylic based Textured plaster(Polymer based Textured Coating / Synthetic plaster by metallic trowel) with the (STUCCO Texture) finish or approved equivalent meeting all the technical specifications as per relevant codes and standards with average thickness of 2.50 mm and Finished with 3 Coats of High performance coating or approved equivalent meeting all the technical specifications as per relevant codes and standards and of approve shade including preparation of the surfaces, complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Project Engineer. Note: Tentative/ suggested make for guidance of bidders: "DURASHIELD- Dura tuff/Kemtex" or approved equivalent. Any equivalent proposed shall have to match technical parameter / specification of the tentative / suggested make.

Providing, applying and finishing walls with TWO Coats of water proof cement paint of approved make of required shade over new work including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and injecting approved non cementitious grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/holes/gaps/honey-comb area of concrete of concrete/masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: The measurement will be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout powder utilized for grouting.

Providing SFMC Micro concrete for strengthening of structural members including mixing, pouring, curing as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Using SFMC with 50% Quartz aggregate by weight (Only SFMC consumed alone will be measured for payment)

Providing structural repairs in old damaged concrete structures / surfaces with approved Polymer with following operations 1) Removal of loose/Spalled or damaged concrete by chipping and cleaning the concrete surface and reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water 2) Cleaning the re bars with Acetone for complete rust removal and washing with water to make the surface clean. 3) Applying protective coat / bond coat using polymer and cement in the proportion of 1; 1.5 (1 part of polymer and 1.5 parts of cement in synthetic enamal paint like consistancy with brush 4) Reinstate the area with polymer modified mortar in layers of maximum 20 mm with the proportion of Cement 50 Kg : washed and dried river sand 87.50 kg ; silica sand 37.50 Kg. mixed with 10 litres of Polymer (or 1 Kg cement : 1.75 kg washed and dried river sand ; 0.75 Kg silica sand : 200 ml polymer) 5) If thickness of repair exceeds 20mm , after every 20 mm thick repair, bond coat as per 2 above to be applied and further thick of repair to be continued for each layer. This work is inclusive of all materials, labour, complete all as directed at site using approved polymer suitable for structural repair shall be used). Note: Scaffolding will be paid separately under relevant item.

Providing and fixing double tubular scaffolding system using Hframes with cup lock type on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in - charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. (2) For all items under this work order which require scaffolding, the Scaffolding will be measured and paid only once, irrespective of duration of scaffolding for the entire work and will not be seperately paid for each item. (3) Scaffolding shall be removed only after completion of all works. (4) The scaffolding once provided shall be removed after the entire work is neatly completed in all respects and payment shall be made after completion of all works and measurement will be taken only once. (5) Necessary aluminium/ M.S. ladder/staircase module shall be provided at the cost of the contractor, upto the full height of scaffolding at required locations around the building to enable department Engineer/Supervisor to closely supervise the repair work at heights.The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (6)Contractor has to make arrangement at his own expenses for temporary sealing of windows/openings with plywood, to avoid breaking of windows panes, and covering outdoor ac units during the progress of work (7) Wherever scaffolding has to be erected over existing lawns or flowerbeds, then all such locations shall be completely covered with tarpaulins before erecting scaffolding. (8) Safety nets and nylon screens shall be provided for full height of scaffolding to prevent falling of debris and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (9) Scaffolding shall be erected as per the provisions of IS 3697 (10) All safety precautions and measures shall be taken as per BARC Construction safety Manual.

Providing and fixing G.I. chicken mesh in the junctions of concrete & brick work / masonry or as directed by the Engineer in charge including cutting, fixing with nails in position before plastering complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Note : Only area of the chicken mesh used alone will be measured)

Filling the groves of expansion joint Horizontal / Vertical tightly with Polyurethane backer rod/sheet as required upto a height of 20m including material, scaffolding etc all complete as directed by the Project Engineer.

Providing supplying and sealing the Expansion Joints with Gungrade Polysulphide sealant suitable for RCC Construction Joints by removing the expansion joint board up to 25 mm deep and cleaning the suface neatly and filling Gungrade sealent up to 25 mm deep to the lines and levels (50 mm wide) complete all as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the project engineer. The elastomeric joint sealant shall be , two-component, high performance polysulfide formulation having weathering resistance to ultra-violet rays. The product shall exhibit shore A hardness of 25 and have movement accommodation factor of 25%. The sealant must comply with the performance specifications as laid in BS:4254 and ASTM C 920. All the joints must be primed using compatible primer for the substrate from the MASTERFLEX PRIMER range. Boom lift should reach Height of Approx. 27 .00 m Conditions: I. The above rates shall be inclusive of Crane, Fuel, Operator/Drivers, Helpers and other consumables etc. 2. The rates are inclusive of all Taxes including Goods & Service taxes if auy. 3.Reporting time at site inside BARC shall be strictly considered for the billing/ measurement/ payment. 4. Minimum duty hours is 8 hours. Break Down Hours and Lunch break timings shall not be considered for payment. Working beyond 8 hours will be measured on pro-rata basis. 5. All the operators, drivers shall have valid and Specific Driving license and address Proof. 6. Rate shall be firm for the entire period of contract. No revision of rates shall be considered. 7. The cost of damages to any government movable/ immovable property in aud around the site shall be entirely bome by the contractor. 8.With valid parking permission crane can be parked inside BARC premises. 9. The cost of POL, maintenance I fitness I PUC (if applicable) of vehicle, wages of driver, Motor Vehicle taxes, comprehensive insurance, etc. shall be payable by the Contractor aud BARC shall. have no liability towards usage of the vehicle. 10. Maintenance of the vehicle including replacement of parts, fuel, etc. will be provided by the firm. I l. The contractor shall arrange adequate insurance coverage for his personnel. Department shall not be responsible for any liability arising out of auy accident I injury caused to the driver while executing the job. 12. The contractor shall follow minimum wages act and other rules of Government of Maharashtra.

Supplying man power along with necessary pans, spades, shovels pickaxe, punjas, ropes, small special spade, raincoats, safety shoes, etc. minimum two number of labour per day upto maximum any number of labour as and when decided by Project Engineer to work for eight hours per day or monsoon period to carry out the cleaning of choked drains grating grills/hume pipes /footpath by removing the dry leaves, silt etc. and also carry out seasonable departmental work allotted by Project Engineer from time to time.

Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of grade M-30 using 20mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticiser or super plasticiser) if required, including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications . (8Hrs. a day or 80 km max as per certification of Engineer-in-Charge). 'Conditions: 1. The above rates shall be inclusive of cost of supply of Pick-up Van / Utility Van, Fuel, wages of Drivers and other consumables etc. 2. The Reporting time at the place of duty / as instructed by EIC shall be considered for the billing / measurement / payment. 3. In case the pick up van is parked inside the BARC premises then the reporting time of the driver to EIC shall be considered for the billing/ measurement/ payment. 4. Break Down Hours as per actuals and Lunch break (30 min.) timings shall not be considered for payment. 5. Fraction of hours shall be rounded off to nearest half an hour at the time of preparing the Running / final bills. 6. BARC being a strategic Organisation, the driver should have good credentials and shall have valid PVC, driving license and address proof. They should be in a position to understand Hindi / English / local language. 7. The make and model of the vehicle should be of not more than 8 years old, roadworthy all valid documents. 8. The vehicle shall be maintained in good running condition with good upholstery, fitness, good tyres and shall commensurate with the image of BARC. The tyres of the vehicles shall be replaced periodically and always with tyres of good condition. 9. The vehicle should be free from all sorts of defects and will be subjected to inspection by a representative of BARC whose decision is final and binding as regards suitability of that particular vehicle. 10. The vehicle should be transport vehicle and preferably in white colour with a board "ON GOVERNMENT OF INDIA DUTY". 11. The cost of POL, maintenance of vehicle including replacement of parts, wages of driver, Motor Vehicle taxes, comprehensive insurance, etc. shall be payable by the Contractor and BARC shall have no liability towards usage of the vehicle. 12. The cost of damages to any Government movable/immovable property in and around the site shall be entirely borne by the Contractor. 13. The rates are inclusive of all taxes if any, including Goods & Service taxes (GST). 14. The contractor shall arrange adequate insurance coverage for his personnel. Department shall not be responsible for any liability arising out of any accident / injury caused to the driver while executing the job. 15. The contractor shall follow minimum wages act and other rules of Government of Maharashtra. 16. No revision of price shall be entertained during the period of contract. '17. Hours more / less than 8 Hrs. a day will be paid / deducted on pro-rata basis. 18. In case of absence of Driver/vehicle for entire week, a penalty of Rs. 3000 /- will be imposed for that week.
