Maintenance of edges, hedges , flower beds by trimming of plants with hedge prunning shears , earthing up, hoeing around plants etc. complete as per directions of Engineer - In - Charge. Mowing of Playfields, lawns by petrol/diesel/kerosene operated mechanical lawn mower with rotary type blades collecting the mowed grass & disposal of mowed grass at designated places within a lead of 3.0 KM. The mowing should be done in such a way that uniform level of grass should be maintained as per directions & specifications of Engineer - In – Charge. The lawn mowing schedule is as follows January -June - once in a month July - September Once in 15 days October - December - once in a month Total No. of operations =( 6x 1) + (3 X 2) +(3X1)=6 + 6 +3 = 15 operationsFor 2 years -- 15 x2 = 30.00 operations "Quantity = (Total area ) x ( No . Cleaning and sweeping of lawn/garden areas and keep it neat and clean by manual /mechanized method , removal of litter ,debris, picking up of leaves ,papers, plastic bottles, etc. including disposal of collected waste in dustbins/ designated place as per directions of engineer in charge.(Note: All T&P , materials/ articles shall be provided by the contractor .)

Maintenance of shrubs by trimming of shrubs with pruning shears once in a month to give proper shape as per directions of departmental engineers , earthing up , water basin preparation , stacking of plants as and when required with bamboo poles of height up to 2.0 m etc complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer – In – Charge . Frequency of following operations a) trimming ofshrub ,earthing up ,water basin preparation --- once in a month Quantity = (Total area ) x ( No . Of Operations in a month ) x ( No. of months) = 2255 X 1x 24 =54120 No.

Trimming of overgrown branches of trees with trunk girth more than 900 mm at 1 m height from ground level , by cutting of branches at all heights , making logs ,transporting the logs & stacking them properly at places shown by departmental engineers , disposal of remaining parts ,small branches fallen leaves etc.at designated places to a lead of 2 .0 km. etc . complete. The entire work has to be carried out as per specifications & directions of engineer in charge .

Trimming of overgrown branches of trees with trunk girth more than 900 mm at 1 m height from ground level , by cutting of branches at all heights , making logs ,transporting the logs & stacking them properly at places shown by departmental engineers , disposal of remaining parts ,small branches fallen leaves etc.at designated places to a lead of 2 .0 km. etc . complete. The entire work has to be carried out as per specifications & directions of engineer in charge .

Cutting and felling trees of girth Beyond 60 cm Girth up to and including 120 cm girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level) including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Cutting and felling trees of girth Beyond 120 cm Girth up to and including 240 cm girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level) including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable materials complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Hiring of hydraulic excavator area clearance , uprooting of rank vegetation , dressing and leveling of areas , etc. complete as directed by engineer in charge .

Supply and application of organic manure @ 0.5 Kg/M2 to all lawn areas hedges edges by broadcasting the manure over the ground surface and @5 kg / each no of shrub to all shrubs, trees existing in lawns, playfields by ring method one time during contract period as per direction of Engineer- In - Charge. Quantity = (Total area ) x ( No . Of Operations in a month ) = 154544.00 x 2.00 = 309088.00 m2

Spreading of good quality red soil free from kankar, murrum, weeds & other debris in depressions, low lying areas in playfields, lawn areas including supply of red soil at work site with all leads & lifts etc. complete.

Maintenance of water fountain by dewatering the fountain area ,servicing of G.I. pipes, junction boxes , conduit pipes lighting fixtures in fountain area with suitable equipments and tools ; servicing of spray and jet nozzles of fountain for smmoth water movement , adjustment of trajectory , direction of nozzles as per dirctions of engineers etc. complete for maintain smooth functioning of fountainas per specifications and directions of engineer in charge .

Earth work excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in all types of soil other than soft and hard rock, dressing the sides of foundation, ramming of bottom etc. including shoring and dewatering (if necessary) and refilling with selected excavated earth in layers of not more than 500 mm thick, each layer well rammed and consolidated including disposing the surplus earth within a distance of 200 m all as per specifications including clearing Jungle, uprooting of vegetation, grass, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (a) From 0.00 to 1.50 m depth from Average Ground Level

Hire Charges for tractor with hydraulic trolley for collection and disposal of garden waste , trimmed branches of trees, dried leaves ,mowed lawn etc. from various gaerden areas to designated waste disposal area , shifting of garden soil planting material , movement of material etc. complete as per specification and dodirections of engineer in charge .

Hiring of crane up to 40 MT capacity for shifting of material , lifting of tree logs ,etc. complete. The entire work shall be done as per direction & specifications of Engineer-In-Charge. .

Providing services for preparation of documentation like maintaining records of in active waste generation at site, returning of salable scrap to stores ,preparation of daily work progress reports of outsourced work of L&H section ,entry of leave,leave records of employees of L&H section, file movement of L&H section,in recording measurement in computer for bills, assiting in preparation of tender documents of L&H section ,assisting in day to day paper work like routine paper correspondence, files etc. complete as per specification and directions of Engineer-In-charge

Transplanting of trees of girth 300 mm to 1000 mm measured at 1.0m above ground level from existing location to new location by prunning of tree branches at all heights by using prunng saw in such away to keep the height of tree 2.0 m . Excavation of trench around existing tree of width 0.60 m & depth upto 1.0 m at a distance of 1.0 mm away from tree trunk, berlapping the earthen ball consisting root zone with wet jute cloth & rope, uprooting the tree with help of Hydra & its safe transport to a lead of 1.0 km at new site of plantation, lowering the uprooted tree in pit of size 1.0 m x 1.0 m x 1.5 m (pit excavation is to be done by contractor) filled with mixture of red soil, poyta soil & vermicompost in desired proportion as given in specifications, planting the tree firmly, stacking/supporting the tree with wooden poles & rope and its maintenance for six months by regular watering earthing up, weeding etc. complete as per specifications of Engineer-In-Charge.
