Dismantling old plaster / skirting carefully , raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 100 m lead

Providing 20 mm thick Internal plastering in C.M without cement punning 1:4 (using crushed sand) finished smooth, including sieving of sand to required fineness, preparation of the surface, scaffolding, curing all as per specifications, drawings and as directed at site complete.

Providing and fixing vitreous China wash basin of approved make and colour with C.I. brackets, 15 m C.P. brass pillar tap of approved make,15 mm x 600mm long PVC Inlet connection, 32 mm heavy quality C.P. brass waste coupling of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and testing complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. White vitreous China wash basin size 630 x450 mm and equivalent sizes with single 15 mm C.P. brass pillar tap

Dismantling old ceiling plaster carefully and cleaning the surface for plaster including scaffolding disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 200 m lead etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and Fixing in position Suspended false ceiling system using 600 x 600mm Calcium Silicate Ceiling tiles (AEROLITE ceiling systems) Tiles having 15mm densified edges and 100% humidity resistance, incombustible as per BS476 part IV with thermal conductivity of 0.043 w/m KC and approved surface design and edge profile (TEGULAR/ SPINTONE) placed in a suspended grid of size of 600 x 600mm made of hot-dipped G.I steel sections having an exposed surface capping of pre-finished baked polyester painted coil wherein the main tee of size 24mm x 38mm x 0.33mm shall be suspended at 1200 mm centres along the length of ceiling with 4mm dia G.I wire with necessary level adjusters and cross tees of size 24 x 28 x 0.33mm x 1200 mm shall be inserted in to slots between the main tees at 600mm centres and thereafter in direction vertical to the longer tees, cross tees of size 24 x 28 x 0.33mm x 600mm shall be inserted to form a grid size of 600 x 600 mm resting on the periphery walls on wall angles of size 20mm x 20mm x 3000 mm x 0.40 mm thickness. The rate shall include providing necessary openings for light fixtures, diffusers, trap doors etc to be made as per layout drawings. The work shall be carried out as per directions of Engineer-incharge. The main tees to be suspended from the ceiling/ soffit with the help of metal dash fasteners of 6mmx50mm, soffit clits of 25mmx35mmx1.60mm and 4mm dia G.I wire with galvanised spring steel levelling clips. the entire grid system shall be designed to bear a distributed load of minimum 15 kg/Sq.m (Only calcium silicate false ceiling area will be measured for the purpose of payment) AEROLITE tile models of Fine Fissured

Providing, applying wall painting two coats on new work with premium plastic emulsion paint of approved brand to give an even shade without cement primer. Including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying Precast terrazo tiles not less than 22 mm thick of approved size, shade and make with graded marble chips of sizes up to 12 mm in skirting and risers of steps not exceeding 30 cm in height on 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (using crushed sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including polishing and rubbing in three levels to obtain required finish with tiles of DARK shade pigment using ordinary cement as per specifications and drawings complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
