DISMANTLING ALUMINIUM / GYPSUM PARTITIONS, DOORS, WINDOWS, FIXED GLAZING AND FALSE CEILING including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable materials within 100m lead as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Lead charges for lead Exceeding 4 KM not exceeding 5 KM, by mechanical transport includinmg loading,unloading, stacking / levelling etc. Note : The rates in respect of item are applicable for the net quantity arrived at after making deductions for voids at 30% from the corresponding stack/truck measurements.

Debris Beyond 4 Km but up to and including 5 Km.

Providing and applying cold liquid Polyurethane waterproofing system having following layers: (a) Primer / base coat: Providing and applying (Pre-Measured Packed) silver grey coloured 2 (two) component solvent free, odourless, Epoxy-based Primer with excellent adhesive property on the clean and grinded surface/substrate. The substrate can be slightly moist (in concrete, the moisture must be less than 20 %), sound and free from any material that would hinder good adhesion. Mix component 'A' into component 'B' in ratio of 1: 0.16 by weight thoroughly with a clean stirring stick. The mixture should be of uniform colour & free from streaks and be applied evenly with roller. The primer should be completely dry for further application of liquid applied polyurethane based membrane/ coating. The consumption, depending on the nature and condition of the substrate for priming, should be within the range of 250 – 400 gm/sq.m. The rate shall including cost of all material, labour, tools & plants, consumables etc. complete all as directed by EIC. (b) Top coat: Providing and applying cold liquid applied waterproofing based on highly flexible solvent free single component Polyurethane system and special needle punched non woven, system compatible polyester fleece of minimum 120 GSM as reinforcement. The cold liquid applied reinforced system shall have high crack bridging property and shall be UV stable, solvent-free, Cool Roof system. Application procedure: (i) Stir the material well before use. (ii) 2/3rd of the waterproofing mix material to be applied on the primed substrate and the special polyester fleece of min. 120 gsm to be rolled with roller including removal of air bubbles with an overlap of min. 5 cm. (iii) The remaining 1/3rd of the waterproofing material to be poured onto the surface until complete saturation is achieved. The layers should be applied on wet surface of earlier coat and there should not be any time lag during the laying of the system. (iv) After curing, one coat of material approx. 300g/sq.m. to be applied after 24 hours. (v) The total system of waterproofing for material and components shall be procured from single manufacturer. (vi) The total thickness achieved from the application should be from 1.4 to 1.7 mm. (vii) The total consumption of mix waterproofing depending on the nature, porosity and condition of the substrate should be in the range of 2.3 to 2.7 kg/sq.m. The rate shall including cost of all material, labour, tools & plants, consumables etc. complete all as directed by EIC. Specifications/Technical Parameters: The tensile strength of the membrane shall be min. 8.60 N/sq.mm and Elongation at break with fleece shall be min. 83.0 % (with fleece). The Tear Resistance of the membrane shall be min. 41.0 N/mm, Solar Reflection Index (SRI) Value of membrane shall be min. 100, Degree of solar reflectance of the membrane shall be min. 85% and adhesive strength shall be min. 2.40 N/sq.mm. etc. Note : The contractor shall provide min. 10 (ten) years Leak Proof Performance warranty for the complete waterproofing work. STRUCTURAL REPAIRS WORKS WITH PRE-PACKED DUAL SHRINKAGE CONTROLLED (volume stable in wet & hardened state), single-component ready-to-use, structural grade high build, alkali-resistant, fibre reinforced, thixotropic polymer modified repair mortar having excellent bond strength to old damaged concrete structures / surfaces by the following process: 1) Removal of loose/spalled or damaged concrete by chipping and cleaning the concrete surface to open up to 20mm behind the reinforcement steel with wire brush and with clean water including removal of dirt, paint, wax, oil, grease, laitance, foreign substances, etc. Mechanically profile and prepare concrete surfaces by abrasive blasting, water jetting or other engineer approved methods. 2) Cleaning the rebars with Acetone for complete rust removal and washing with water to make the surface clean. Ensure that the concrete substrate and ambient temperatures are between (10°C and 35°C) before application. 3) Applying protective coat / bond coat using Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) polymer and cement in the proportion of 1: 1 (1 part of polymer : 1 parts of cement). 4) Mixing full 25 Kg bag with clean potable water in water to product ratio of 0.12 to 0.18), mixed by heavy-duty slow speed (300 to 600 rpm) drill with spiral mixing paddle or forced action pan mixer pan for 3 minutes to achieve uniform lump free mortar consistency. 5) Applying polymer modified mortar with trowel & float. The polymer modified mortar shall have the following properties/technical parameters: (A) Properties / technical parameters of pre-packed Polymer Modified Mortar: i) Compressive strength 1 day: Min. 20 MPa (as per BS:6319 : Part 2) ii) Compressive strength 7 days: Min. 35 MPa (as per BS:6319 : Part 2) iii) Compressive strength 28 days: Min. 45 MPa (as per BS:6319 : Part 2) iv) Flexural strength in 28 days: Min. 7 Mpa (as per BS:6319 : Part 3) v) Tensile strength in 28 days: Min. 2.5 MPa (as per BS:6319 : Part 7) vi) Bond strength: Min. 5 MPa (as per ASTM : C881) vii) Water permeability: less than 1% (as per ASTM : C881) viii) Drying shrinkage in 28 days: less than 1000 microstrain (as per ASTM C 157-93) ix) Potential Alkali Reactivity - : 0.1% Expansion % (ASTM C1260) (B) Properties / technical parameters of SBR polymer bond coat material: i) Meets the requirements of BS 6319 part 2:1983 & ASTM C 190-85 standards ii) Total solids % by mass at 105°C: 38 + 1 iii) pH value: 7.5 to 9.5 iv) Specific gravity at 27.5°C: 1 to 1.05 v) Coverage: 4.2 - 4.5 sq.m/kg per coat. Notes:- (a)Placing and finishing the same with trowel / hand packing carefully compacting the same around the rebars and finishing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface on the beams, slabs, columns, etc. (b) If thickness of repair exceeds 20mm , after every 20 mm thick repair, bond coat as per process no. (3) mentioned above in the BOQ item, to be applied and further thickness of repair to be continued for each layer. (c) The surface preparation & method of application shall be as per manufacturer's technical data sheet. (d) The double tubular steel scaffolding will be paid separately in relevant item. (e) Sampling and testing of cube specimen for compressive strength test shall be as per BS 6319 - Part-2.Other tests mentioned above shall be carried out if required as per the direction of the EIC and the cost of which shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate (f) For each batch of mortar mixed, following records, i.e Quantity of mortar (kg) mixed, Amount of water added to the mix, Location of application and the area covered.(g) Payment will be paid on the basis of actual consumption of PMM & Reinforcement will be paid in the relevant item. (h) Safety Precuations:- Use wear tight-fitting, dust-resistant, chemical splash goggles and dust respirator, if airborne dust is generated, wear protective rubber hand gloves, wear appropriate clothing to prevent any possibility of skin contact. The above item of work is inclusive of all materials, labour, machinery, tools & tackels, consumables, trasportation, loading & unloading, safety PPEs etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-incharge at site using approved pre-packed polymer modified mortar suitable for structural repair works. Providing and fixing DOUBLE TUBULAR SCAFFOLDING SYSTEM using H- frames with cup lock type on the exterior side upto seven storey height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in - charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding

Providing 15 mm thick plastering using Ready mix internal plastering compound of approved make for internal faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing 20 mm THICK PLASTERING USING READY MIX EXTERNAL PLASTERING COMPOUND for External faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning complete. all as per specifications including forming drip moulds wherever necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for providing and mixing WATERPROOFING COMPOUND added @2%by weight of cement or in the proportion by the manufacturer and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Preparing the existing waterproofing by making it slightly rough by grinding the same by mechanical means and cleaning the surface, removal of polycon net etc. and to make it free from all unwanted dust, loose material and other contaminants that may damage the water proofing treatment complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces, chajjas etc. consisting of flowing operations : (i) Injecting the top slab as required with cement and approved water proof compound solution to fill up all inherent holes, voids honey combs etc. in the concrete slab, setting "autoclaved aerated light weight block bats" coba in waterproof mortar with necessary gradient for easy flow of water & continue the treatment along the inner faces of parapet or other adjoining wall upto a height of 300 mm in the shape of vatas, finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (using river / crushed sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including mixing 'polyster fibre of approved make' at the rate of 125 grams per 50 kg of cement in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300 X 300 mm square, 3 mm deep (v) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of 2 weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and as specified by the Engineer-in-charge. 120 mm Average thickness for terraces using river sand / crushed sand

Extra over for 120 mm thick for providing cement based waterproofing treatment to new terraces / chajjas including cleaning the concrete surfaces, giving injections to the top slab as required with cement & approved waterproofing compound solution to fill up all inherent holes, voids honey-combs etc. in the concrete slab, setting "autoclaved aerated light weight block bats" coba in waterproof mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand) with necessary gradient for easy flow of water, complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement will be over and above the average thickness of 120 mm only)

Providing & applying CEMENT GROUTING complete as per specifications (i) Clean the surface with clean water & keep wet for some time, (ii)Mix required quantity of GROUT with 11% to 13% water to get desired consistency, (iii) Mix with low speed spiral mixer to get lumps free paste, (iv)Pour the mix continuously with presure jet as directed by Engineer in charge. Providing and fixing in position 50 mm thick JOINT FILLER BOARD of Approved make in expansion joints to the required size and shape, placing and keeping in positioncomplete as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing machine moulded anodised ALUMINIUM SHEET COVERING of approved pattern and design made out of required width machine cut aluminium steel and machine holed for receiving screws over expansion joints on vertical surfaces/ceilings/floors with full threaded, cadmium plated steel screws 4 mm dia, 30 mm long and aluminium washers 2 mm thick, 15 mm dia at a staggered pitch of 200 mm centre to centre including drilling holes in the receiving surface and providing expandable plastic sleeves in holes etc. complete, made out of colour anodized aluminium sheet 3.0 mm thick or as specified (Minimum coating of anodisation shall be of 15 micron thickness).

Designing, providing and fixing of 4 mm thick approved make and shade Aluminium Composite Metal Panel of approved make cladding at different locations including soffits of over-hangs and including aluminium frame work with grids filled in with weather silicon sealant as per the drawings. The ACM panel composition shall be of 0.5 mm thick PVDF coated aluminium sheet + 3 mm thick low density polyethelene virgin resin core + 0.5 mm thick polyester (PVDF) coated Aluminium sheet all complete as per approved shop drawings and specification. Notes : 1. ACMP shall be measured to the actual visible area of the ACP sheet including silicon joints as fixed on site. 2. Providing and Fixing Anchor Fastner of approved make including drilling in concrete as per requirement for fixing Eps or other structures all as specified by the manufacturer complete all as per specifications and drawings.

REPAINTING OF OLD PAINTED SURFACES with two coats of paint with premium plastic emulsion paint/ synthetic enamel paint of approved make to give an even shade over a coat of approved cement primer including preparing the surfaces, including removal of old paint, scraping if any, sand papering, entirely filling with acrylic wall putty and other cracks with repair mortar as required, including scaffolding & cleaning, cost of all materials, labour, all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by E-I-C. Using PLASTIC EMULSION paint On plastered surface

Providing and painting walls with (Two coats) of approved shade of high build protective, ELASTOMERIC WATER PROOF EXTERIOR GRADE PAINT of approved make of required shade, minimium dry film thickness of 250 microns acheived in two or more coats / as per manufacturer's specifications including preparation of the surfaces by scrapping / wire brush, scaffolding complete. Primer coat will be with approved make with water in ratio of 1:2 and 2 coats of finishing coat without water all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Painting with Epoxy PU paint using 2 coats of (120 Micron dry film thickness) Epoxy PU coating as finishing coat over a priming coat of primer of 50 micron thickness over steel surfaces at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer' specifications including preparation of surface by cleaning with wire brush and rubbing, scraping , applying sand paper, making free of Rust, dust, dirt etc. filling the holes, joint, cracks if any using epoxy putty complete, all as per manufacturers technical data and as directed at site to achieve minimum overall dry Film thickness of 170 micron (50 Micron primer Coat + 120 micron finishing Coat). Providing and laying minimum 25 mm thick uniform shade Kotah stone flooring over 20 mm thick (Avearge) base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing in minimum three levels to obtain mirror polish complete with base cement mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand) all as per specifications, patterns and drawings complete.

Providing supplying and sealing the Expansion Joints with Gungrade Polysulphide sealant suitable for RCC Construction Joints of approved make or equivalent by removing the expansion joint board up to 25 mm deep and cleaning the suface neatly and filling Gungrade sealent up to 25 mm deep to the lines and levels complete all as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by the project engineer. 50 mm wide expansion joint.

Forming of grooves of uniform size from 12 mm X 12 mm to 25 mm X 15 mm in plastered surfaces as per approved pattern using wooden batterns, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden batterns, repair to the edges of plaster panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing SFMC MICRO CONCRETE using 100% SFMC for strengthening of structural members including mixing, pouring, curing as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing , centering ,shuttering Form work using PVC film faced plywood to get a neat form finish surface for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports etc and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels for superstructure

Providing and fixing 15-17 mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished (premoulded and prepolished) machine cut Granite of Telephone Black colour for kitchen platforms, vanitiy counters, Wash basin Counters, Door Frames, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing the edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels

Providing & applying 2 COATS OF ACRYLIC, CEMENTITIOUS, POLYMER MODIFIED FLEXIBLE EMULSION BASED WATERPROOFING & PROTECTIVE CEMENT COATING having technical properties i.e. Maximum Elongation 50%, Pot life 40minutes, Water Permiability @ 5bar, Adhesive strength 1N/SqMM for Internal faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including river sand spray over the coated surface or preparation of the surface for plastering, curing, finishing etc. complete as per specifications (i) Mixing 1kg of above material with 1 kg Cement (1:1) and make a consistent pest/mixture, (ii) Clean the old surface dust free and apply 1st coat, (iii) Wait for 6-8 hrs, (iv) Apply 2nd coat at 90 degree direction of 1st coat etc. Coverage @ 1.65 to 1.7 SqM/Kg of above material etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note : 1. Tentative / suggested make for guidance of bidder(s): M/s.
