Providing and fixing powder coating aluminium (Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS:733 and IS: 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required (fittings, Glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately) NOTE : 1) The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fasteners required for fabrication and fixing in the walls. 2) All joints shall be of mittered Joints. 3) A long M.S rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S washers & nuts. 4) Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium doors, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with PVC / Neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-charge (Cost of snap beading shall be paid in basic item)

Providing and fixing approved quality stain less steel body roller wheels of approved make for sliding shutters

Providing and fixing approved quality and shape star locks cum handle of approved make for sliding shutters

Providing and applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand on wall surface to receive specified paint including scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing, applying wall painting two coats on new work with premium plastic emulsion paint of approved brand to give an even shade without cement primer.including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying white cement based wall putty of approved make over concrete or Plastered surface up to 3 mm thick to get uniform surface free from undulation including cleaning complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and Painting with Epoxy PU paint using 2 coats of (120 Micron dry film thickness) Epoxy PU high build coating as finishing coat over a priming coat of High Build primer of 50 micron thickness over steel surfaces at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer' specifications including preparation of surface by cleaning with wire brush and rubbing, scraping , applying sand paper , making free of Rust, dust, dirt etc. filling the holes, joint, cracks if any using epoxy putty complete. all as per manufacturers technical data and as directed at site to achieve minimum overall dry Film thickness of 170 micron (50 Micron primer Coat + 120 micron finishing Coat). On STEEL surfaces. Tentative suggested make for guidance of bidders:'EPILUX-13"or approved equivalent.

Dismantling plain cement concrete manually / by mechanical means carefully without damaging adjacent structures including disposal of debris within 200 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling of RCC works including Cutting and stacking of steel reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 100 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling brick work in Cement mortar carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of materials and dispoal of unserviceable materials within 100 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 100 m lead For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and up to 40 mm

Providing and constructing Half brick masonry using Flyash/ Flyash Lime bricks with minimum 70 kg / Sq.cm strength of approved make and size in partition walls in C.M 1:4 (using crushed sand) including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc. complete and with stiffners of RCC 1:2:4 (105 X 75 mm size) at every 900 mm height including form work curing etc. complete as per specifications but excluding reinforcement in Super Structure up to Floor - II level. (Reinforcement will be paid under relevant item)

Providing and fixing square mouth S.W. gully trap complete with CI grating brick masonry chamber with water tight CI cover with frame of 300 x 300 mm size (inside) the weight of cover to be not less than 4.5 kg and frame to be not less than 2.70 kg as per standard design (Size of 150 x 100 mm size gully trap "P" type)

Lead charges for Debris 1 km -2km or part thereoff, by mechanical transport including loading unloading, stacking / levelling etc. Note: The rates in respect of this Item is applicable for NET Quantities arrived at after making deduction for voids @ 30% in respect of debris from corresponding STACK / TRUCK Measurement

Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with PVC coated with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed G.I binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. etc. complete including cost of binding wire, complete as per specifications and drawings. - Steel supplied by the contractor. - Using TMT bars of specified grades all dia bars. TMT bars to be supplied by the contractor shall confirming to IS 1786. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials.Tentative / suggested make for TMT bars: SAIL / RINL/ TATA or approved equivalent.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 crushed sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specification and drawings but excluding the cost of Formwork shuttering, centering and steel reinforcement at all Levels

Providing , centering ,shuttering Form work using PVC film faced plywood to get a neat form finish surface for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports etc and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels

For Super Structure

Providing SFMC Micro concrete for strengthening of structural members including mixing, pouring, curing as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Using SFMC with 50% Quartz aggregate by weight (Only SFMC consumed alone will be measured for payment)

Constructing brick masonry circular type manhole 1220 mm internal dia at bottom and 560mm Internal dia at top in cement mortar 1:4, inside, outside and all exposed surfaces cement plaster 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 finished with a floating coat of neat cement, foundation concrete 1:3:6 mix, and making necessary channel in cement concrete 1:2:4 finished with a floating coat of neat cement all complete as per standard design including fixing C.I manhole cover of specified weight in concrete 1:2:4, cast Iron steps, complete as per drawings.(C.I manhole cover, cast iron steps and earthwork excavation will be paid for separately under relevant Item) For an Initial depth of 1.68 M

Extra depth for circular type manhole 1.22 m internal dia (at bottom) beyond 1.68 m
