Providing and Applying two coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface to receive specified paint including scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by Project Engineer.

Providing and applying white cement based wall putty ( Birla wall Care or approved equivalent) over concrete or Plastered surface up to 3 mm thick to get uniform surface free from undulation including cleaning complete all as directed at site.

Providing, applying wall Painting two coat with flat oil paint of ( Asian or equivalent approved brand and manufacturer) to give an even shade over a coat of cement primer including preparation of the surfaces, scafolding complete as per specification and as directed by the Engg In Charge.

Providing and fixing partion of anodized Aluminium section of size 100 mm X 50 mm X 1.6 mm and pre laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides. Particle board of thickness schould not be less than 12mm. One Nos of entry door with all accessories i.e. door closer, handle, lock , hinges etc. must be provide and the door shutter should be in two parts .Looking glass of thickness 4mm should be fixed in upper part and particle board should be fixed in lower part as per site requirement or directed by Engineer In charge.

Providing and Fixing in position suspended false celling system using 600 mm X 600 mm false celling tiles in Aluminium(6063-T5) Tee gride celling system. Tiles having following specifications I. Size- 600mm X 600mm, II. Thickness- 4 mm, III. Edge profile- Square, IV. Standard weight- 4.9 Kg/m2, V. Fire resistance properties- Non-Combustible(Fire resistance as per BS-476, Part 4,5,6,7 &8) VI. Moisture resistance properties – Moisture resistance (Tested as per IS-14862) VII. Thermal conductivity – 0.14 W/moK, VIII. Apparent density(Dry) – 1250-1300 Kg/m3, IX. Modulus of rupture(Dry)- 12N/mm2 and approved surface design and color placed in a suspended Grid of size 600 mm X 600 mm made of extruded Aluminium alloy 6063-T5, Anodised natural colour, Thickness 15μm, Hardness 250-300HV sections having an exposed surface , where in the main tee of size 40mm X 40mm X 3mm all be suspended at 1200mm centres along the lenth of celling wih 4mm dia G.I. wire with neccessary level adjusters. The cross tees of size 25 mm X 25 mm X 3 mm shall be inserted in to slots between the main Tees at 600 mm centres and thereafter in verticle direction to the longer TEEs, cross Tees of size 25mm X 25 mmX 3mm shall be inserted to form a grid size of 600mm X 600mm resting on the perifery walls on wall angles of size 25mm X 25mmX 3mm including providing necessary opennings for light fixtures, Trap doors etc to be made as per layout drawings and as per directions of Engineer In-charge. The main Tees to be suspended from the ceiling/soffit with the help of metal dash fastners of 6mm X 5mm, soffit clits of 25mm X 35 mm X 1.6mm and 4 mm dia GI wire with galvanised spring steel levelling clips. The entire grid system shall be designed to bear a distributed load of minimum 15 Kg/Sq. M. ( Only false ceiling area will be measured for purpose of payments)

Providing and Fixing Homogeneous 2.00 mm thick PVC sheet / in flooring (RESPONSIVE / Premier or approved make) in approved pattern of specified size on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesive of approved quality and manufacturer like Dunlop-S -758, Fevicol SR 998 Polygrip SP or equivalent including, levelling small undulations with plaster of paris if required, rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge in approved colour and shade.
