Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of grade M-20 using 20mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticisers / super plasticisers), weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications up to Plinth Level

Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with PVC coated G.I binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings. Steel supplied by the contractor

Upto and including 32mm dia reinforcement: Using TMT bars of specified grades. TMT bars to be supplied by vendors as per specification in tender book using virgin materials

Providing, centering, shuttering Form work using steel plates, timber planks for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports, bracings etc. and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels

For Sub Structure

Providing and Laying Autoclaved Aerated cement block masonry of approved make with specified thick AAC Blocks in Super structure above plinth level up to 20 m height in cement mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand). The rate shall also include providing and placing in position 2 nos of 8 mm dia bars at every third course of the masonry work

Providing 20 mm thick plastering using Ready mix external plastering compound including waterproofing compound of approved make for external faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning scaffolding up to 10 metres height complete.all as per specifications including forming drip moulds wherever necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing 15 mm thick plastering using Ready mix internal plastering compound of approved make for internal faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning, scaffolding up to 10 metres complete all as per specifications and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists and other sections, welded and / or bolted in built up sections for trusses , structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Including scaffolding up to 10 metres

Up to and including 300 mm Joists, 350 mm channels, and below sections using materials as per specification in tender book.

Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and chequered Plates for Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc. Including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc. Including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Using materials produced by vendors as per specification in tender book using virgin materials.

Providing and Fixing Anchor Fastener of approved make including drilling in concrete as per requirement for fixing Eps or other structures all as specified by the manufacturer complete all as per specifications and drawings.

Providing and fixing precoated Galvalume Roofing profile sheets of approved size, shape and pitch up to and including single length of 12.00 met. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5 X 55 mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete up to any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required and including scaffolding up to 10 metres as directed by the Engineer-incharge Note: Making groove in wall wherever it is intersecting with galvalume roofing sheet and inserting roofing sheet in that groove following by filling the groove with cement mortar.

Asbestos sheet roofing without ridges. Note: Making groove in wall wherever it is intersecting with AC roofing sheet and inserting roofing sheet in that groove following by filling the groove with cement mortar.

Providing and fixing ridges in Asbestos cement roofing with suitable fixing accessories or self drilling fastener and EPDM washer close fitting adjustable ridges etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and Painting with Epoxy PU paint using 2 coats of (120 Micron dry film thickness) Epoxy PU high build coating as finishing coat over a priming coat of High Build primer of 50 micron thickness over steel surfaces at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer' specifications including preparation of surface by cleaning with wire brush and rubbing, scraping , applying sand paper , making free of Rust, dust, dirt etc. filling the holes, joint, cracks if any using epoxy putty complete. all as per specification in tender book and manufacturers technical data and as directed at site to achieve minimum overall dry Film thickness of 170 micron (50 Micron primer Coat + 120 micron finishing Coat). Providing and applying wall painting two coats on new work with premium plastic emulsion paint of approved brand to give an even shade, including a coat of approved cement primer, including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing, applying and finishing walls with two coats of premium fine textured exterior paint of required shade over new work including base coat of water proof cement paint, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

On Plain plastered / concrete surfaces

Providing, supplying and fixing hollow metal flush steel doors 40 mm thick of approved make consisting of door frame and shutters and all hardware fittings, frame made out of 14g thick G.I sheets and shutters made of 16g thick sheets, hollow portion filled with puff, including necessary stiffeners in shutters and frame, vision panel of specified size with 4 mm glass and clip on pressed steel frame for vision panels, fixing 4 nos heavy duty stainless steel 304 grade ball bearing, fire tested stainless steel butt hinges of size 100 x 75 x 3.00 mm (heavy weight) of approved make with suitable stainless steel screws, mortise / dead lock of approved make, a pair of 200 mm long stainless steel handles, 250 mm long stainless steel tower bolt, etc. frame hollow portion filled with PCC 1:2:4, necessary hold fast embedded in concrete, fixing in concrete with anchor fasteners. finished with Polyurethane painting of approved colour complete all as per drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and Fixing in position Suspended false ceiling system using 600 x 600mm Calcium Silicate Ceiling tiles Tiles having 15mm densified edges and 100% humidity resistance, incombustible as per BS476 part IV with thermal conductivity of 0.043 w/m KC and approved surface design and edge profile placed in a suspended grid of size of 600 x 600mm made of hot-dipped G.I steel sections having an exposed surface capping of pre-finished baked polyester painted coil wherein the main tee of size 24mm x 38mm x 0.33mm shall be suspended at 1200 mm centres along the length of ceiling with 4mm dia G.I wire with necessary level adjusters and cross tees of size 24 x 28 x 0.33mm x 1200 mm shall be inserted in to slots between the main tees at 600mm centres and thereafter in direction vertical to the longer tees, cross tees of size 24 x 28 x 0.33mm x 600mm shall be inserted to form a grid size of 600 x 600 mm resting on the periphery walls on wall angles of size 20mm x 20mm x 3000 mm x 0.40 mm thickness. The rate shall include providing necessary openings for light fixtures, diffusers, trap doors etc to be made as per layout drawings. The work shall be carried out as per directions of Engineer-incharge. The main tees to be suspended from the ceiling/ soffit with the help of metal dash fasteners of 6mmx50mm, soffit clits of 25mmx35mmx1.60mm and 4mm dia G.I wire with galvanised spring steel levelling clips. the entire grid system shall be designed to bear a distributed load of minimum 15 kg/Sq.m (Only calcium silicate false ceiling area will be measured for the purpose of payment)
