Renovation and repairs to store swarf area near Store Section at MPF Ambernath.

Dismantling of brickwork or Stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar including complete cleaning of site, removal of serviceable material to earmarked place & removal of all rubbish outside Factory Premises etc all complete as directed by the Engg in Charge. Important Notes: i) The work to be executed in the existing swarf yard. Hence the work may be required to be carried out in phased manner as per directives of MTPF Store section. The Contractor shall shift the existing swarf / metal chips to a nearest location as per directives of Store section for carrying out the work and shall require to reshift the same in original location after work completion. The Contractor may visit site for assessing quantum of work before quoting. Any claim for extra payment in this regard shall not be entertained at any stage of work.

M & L for excavating over areas up to 3 meters average in height / depth (approx) and getting out in Hard Dense soil including clearing of all grass, shrubs, trees not exceeding 30 cm girth, undergrowth, roots etc, thorough cleaning of site, leveling of area, stacking of surplus soil at earmarked place and removal of all rubbish outside Factory Premises etc all complete as directed by the Engg in Charge.
