The bidder should have prior work experience with a minimum of three works, with details including name of work, value of work, date of start and completion, and certification of satisfactory completion. Alternatively, two works or one work are also acceptable. The experience certificate should show the nature of work done, value of work, and dates of start and completion. The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed three works, each of Rs. 107.60 Lakhs or two works, each of Rs. 134.50 Lakhs or one work of Rs. 215.20 Lakhs in single contract of similar nature of general civil construction work during the last seven years. Substantial completion shall be based on 80 percent or more of the works completed. For similar works completed, the value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder should have experience in similar nature of general civil construction work. The value of executed works should be at least Rs. 107.60 Lakhs for three works, Rs. 134.50 Lakhs for two works, or Rs. 215.20 Lakhs for one work, excluding GST. The percentage of substantial completion is 80 percent or more, value-wise. At least 50% of the minimum annual value of general construction work should be from engineering (civil) construction work.
