Supply and using Cement at Worksite Ordinary Portland Cement 53 grade of approved brands/makes

for Supplying & utilising HYSD, structural steel

Marking out the centre line of the bridge and various other components structures and complete lining out and levelling withTotal Station, theodolite, level including construction necessary masonry pillars for lines and levels and establishing necessary benchmark etc. complete as directed.

Providing and Laying only with Knitted and PVC coated Polyester Uniaxial Geogrid-Techgrid indigenously manufactured fromselected hightenacity polyester yarn with high molecular weight (> 25000 g/mol) and low carboxylend group (<30mmol/kg) for Reinforced soil wall with granular fill of PHi-30 degree (design is to 2 becarried out in accordance with BS-8006 / FHWA) with concrete Panel (M35) as facia, casting & erectionof panels withTechgrid, providing & laying of levelling pad of M20, providing and laying coping beam (M35), providing and laying drainage composite TDC-55130 etc.completed as per the necessary drawing and instruction of Engineer In Charge. Excluding providing, laying compacting selected back filland retained fill be hind the wall, excavation and ground improvement, if any. Note :- For Existing ROB one approach RE wall panel to be dismantled & RE wall Panel to be provided, the rate includes dismantling of RE wall blocks.

Providing sand & filling in apprroach portion RE wall (as per MORTH section 3100) including laying of earth as per specification for compaction in 250 mm thick loose layers and dressing (MORTH specification Cl. 3 By mechanical means using motor grader including 305.3.5) watering the earth to bring the earth upto required OMC including rolling with the use of vibratory roller when earth is at suitable moisture content with desired field density not less than 97% of maximum dry density (modified proctor test). The material for filling shall conform to IRC Highway Research Board's special report No16

Providing, arranging, managing and maintaining 500 Sqft well furnished AC office and well equipped Laboratory with 3 tables, 10 chairs, 2 steel almirah, one computer with printer & operator, sufficient number of display etc. to the satisfaction of the Project Manager including Electrical, Water expenses etc. For execution of this item the date of start shall be considered only when the Contractor has actually rented/ constructed the required premises established the office & Laboratory as per requirement. This item shall remain valid only for original contact period; no additional payment shall be made for whatsoever reason even if time extension if provided or date of completion is extended. This office and laboratory including furniture and all other equipment shall be property of contractor after completion of Project.

Providing & fixing Safety Screen as per RDSO Drg. No.EL / C / 0068 MOD " E " , on the Parapet with necessary fixtures etc. as per detailed drawing including contractor's own materials, labours, tools and plants etc. complete.

Designing of foundation, substructures, super- structure including preparation of drawings etc. as 6 per direction of engineer in-charge for ROB to be constructed in lieu of L.C. to suit Rly. GAD. Design is to be based on the geotechnical result which will be supplied by the Rly., rates shall also be inclusive of any other parts of the ROB as directed by engineer in-charge

Hiring and operating Multi-Utility vehicle of loading capacity one MT with sitting capacity of 4/6 persons, 4 strokes, 4 cylinders engine, factory-built metal body, cargo box type or passenger cabin type or both 7 (with 24 hours availability), including cost of fuel, lubricants, major/minor repairs, salary of driver, toll tax, all other tax complete, operation and maintenance including running upto 1200 km in a month. The vehicle shall run on pucca, kutcha road and along the track. The contractor shall arrange road permit for vehicles for all the States of operation, as per instructions of engineer incharge and vehicle shall not be more than three years old. NOTE: This item to be executed through Special tender.

Providing and constructing M-30/M-40 grade with 6mm to 20mm size graded stone agreegate cast in situ for deck slab, anti crash barriers, wearing course etc. as per approved drawing. The rate includes cost of 9 form works, placing handling, batching, mixing, vibrating, compacting, staging, scaffoldong, shuttering, curing, finishing all temporary works, dewatering with contractor's own equipments, machinery, labour, taxes, materials like sand, agreegate, water, AC pipes for weep holes, provision for OHE mast on bed blocks, excavation for pile cap, abutment, piers etc. all lead and lift etc complete. (Reinforcement steel and cement will only be paid separately under relevant items).
