AT welding portion for 60 Kg/R-260 rails in situ with compressed Air petrol pre-heating 3 piece pre-fabricated mould (ZIRCON - WASHED) Manually pressed, single shot crucible fitted with Auto tapping Thimble. Note:- This work including in situ welding of 60 Kg R-260 rails with contractor's welding portion, including trimming, grinding, finishing etc., as per the specifications with all labour, materials, T&P, all leads, lifts transport, taxes etc., complete with latest approved by RDSO Note: (i) 01 Cutting of rail for welding to be carried out by contractor's own abrasive rail cutting machine which should not take more then 10 minutes per cut with contractor's fuel and own tools & plants, rail cuts should be perfect & truly square. (ii) Contractor should paint joint No. on each joint with black emulsion paint on base of 2" x 4" and joint No. of white paint with 1 3/4 " x 2". Black and white paint should be at contractor's cost including welds collars up to 100 mm on either sides of weld with paint to specification no. IS-9862-1981 or bituminous emulsion to IRS-P-30 Gr. I or equivalent as accepted by the railway.
