Brick work with well brunt open bhatta, bricks, crushing strength not less than 25kg / cm2 and water absorpt ion notmore than 20% in superstructure above plinth level and up to floor two level i/c curing etc complete. Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) including all lead and all lift of all materials as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete pavement with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) includingfinishing complete with all lead and lift of all materials as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes with waterabsorption's less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 ofapproved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cementmortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) including grouting the joints withwhite cement and matching pigments etc., complete.Size of Tile 500x500x9-10mm including all lead and all lift of all materials as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes, with waterabsorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make in all colours and shade in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand),including grouting the joint with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete.Size of Tile 500x500x9-10mm with all lead and lift of all materials as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approvedbrand and manufacture to give an even shedNew work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer. including Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, Like birlawhite /JK white or equivalent, over the plastered wall surface toprepare the surface even and smooth i/c all cost of material, labourand scaffold etc in all position complete. including all lead and all lift of all materials as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade One or more coats on old work. including all lead and all lift of all materials as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceremic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:15622 (having thickness 6 to 7mm) of approved make in all colours and shades, such as burgundy, bottle green, Black of size 300x450mm or more in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1Cement:3Sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 Kg. per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.including Dismantling tile/ Kota stone/ Marble / Granite work infloors/walls and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm with all lead and lift of all materials as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Antiskid endura floor tiles of any sizes, 12mm thickness with water absorption's less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement:4 Sand) including grouting the joints with white cement with matching pigment etc. complete.with all lead and lift of all materials as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet(European type) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white vitreous china. flushing cistern and C.P. flush bend with fittings and C.I.brackets, 40mm flush bend, overflow arrangement with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required :W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid.as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink as per IS 13983 with C.I. brackets and stainless steel plug 40 mm including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required :610x510 mm bowl depth 200 mm.as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 18mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished(premoulded and prepolished) machine cut for kitchen platforms,vanity counters, window sills , facias and similar locations ofrequired size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups,including rubbing, curing moulding and polishing to edge to give high gloss finish wherever required etc. complete at all levels. samples approved by Engineer-in-charge.Granite of any colour and shade

Boring providing and installing cost in situ single under reamed piles of specified diameter and length below pile cap in M-20 cement concrete to carry a self working load not less than specified excluding the cost of boring and the length of the pile to be embeddeo in pile cap etc. all complete (Length of pile for payment shall be measured up to the bottom of pile cap) 250mm diameter pile with all lead and lift of all materials as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.
