The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar works, which includes experience of having successfully executed similar works with specific cost criteria. The bidder should have completed either of the following: - Three similar works each costing not less than 20% of the probable amount of contract during the last 5 financial years; - Two similar works each costing not less than 30% of the probable amount of contract during the last 5 financial years; - One similar work of aggregate cost not less than 50% of the probable amount of contract during the last 5 financial years. The similar works include survey, review, and construction of diversion works, construction of Sewage Treatment Plants, construction of Intake Well or Water Treatment Plant, and its allied works. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual construction turnover of not less than 50% of the probable amount of contract during the last 5 financial years. The experience of a subcontractor to a main contractor is considered subject to submission of a certificate from the principal employer of the main contractor. Successfully executed means substantially completed, including commissioning of the project. For the technology provider, they should have provided technology and core equipment for a Sewage Treatment plant in the last 5 years, with a running capacity of 30% or more of the capacity of the proposed Sewage Treatment plant. The bidder needs to submit a notarized technology tie-up agreement for the proposed Sewage Treatment Technology with the Technology Provider, in case the bidder is not a technology owner/patent owner. The required prior work experience includes specific percentages and amounts of similar works completed, such as 20%, 30%, and 50% of the probable amount of contract, and an average annual construction turnover of not less than 50% of the probable amount of contract.
