REINFORCED CEMENT CONRETE of M-25 grade using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including machine mixing, weigh batching mechanical vibration, consolidation, finishing, curing and cost of labour, machinery, and materials etc. complete specifications but excluding shuttering, formwork and steel reinforcement.

Providing, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position structural steel works of any shape, at all levels including welding, painting with a primary coat of approved steel primer and transporting etc. complete as per specification.Note:Only standard weright as per I S tables or actual weight of prefabricated sections whichever is less shall be considered for payment and welding weight shall not be considered for payment.

Cement plastering at all levels for internal walls ceilings with cement mortar 1:4/1:5 over brick walls or concrete surfaces, including hacking of concrete surfaces, double scaffolding, curing etc. complete.

Sand faced plaster 20mm thick in 2 coats over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces at all heights with base coat in cement mortar 1:4, 12mm thick and finishing coat in cement mortar 1:3, 8mm thick final rendering, double scaffolding wherever necessary, hacking of concrete surfaces, curing etc. complete and addition of waterproofing compound @ 2% of weight of cement for the base coat etc. complete.

Preparing the surface and etching with 10% commercial hydrochloric acid wherever necessary, neutralising the etched areas by washing with 5% solution of soda ash, applying one coat of pigmented epoxy based primer followed by one coat of epoxy based trowelling compound, cutting and grinding the surfaces wherever necessary using waterproof quality emery paper and applying three finishing coats of epoxy based polyamine/polyamide cured special acid and alkali resistant paint of approved make & tint including preparing surfaces, scrapping, filling holes, cracks, joints, wherever necessary with epoxy based trowelling compound, cost of all materials, scaffolding and labour and as per manufacturer's recommendations.

Providing and fixing 2mm thick epoxy based joint less flooring (Asian paints/Fosroc/Essen/Dr. Beck/STP) over existing flooring such as concrete floor, tiles, wood, metal etc. formulated out to required levels, thickness slopes and finished smooth or rough including curing, preparing the surfaces such as filling holes, cracks, joints, wherever necessary by epoxy based trowelling compound, including providing and applying one coat of two component epoxy based primer including cost of materials and labours etc. complete as per manufacturer's recommendation.

Providing and fixing in position up to & including 6.00 metre height from adjoining ground level Bajra or Plain & clear Sheet glass/Float glass/Wired glass of Modiguard, Asahi, Atul or Saint Gobin make and of following thickness fixed to Aluminum/M.S. windows, doors, partitions, ventilators etc. with edges champhered (wherever required) with PVC/Neoprene Gasket or rubber lining as required etc all complete as per drawing and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

4 mm thick Plain glass

Providing & fixing anodized Aluminum Beading of size 9.5 mm x 9.5 mm for fixing glass for steel windows with necessary screws etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Scraping the walls and concrete surfaces to remove the existing white wash, distemper etc., at all height including necessary scaffolding inclusive of the cost of sand papers, steel scrapers etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting wood/steel work with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (glossy/mat finsh) of approved shade and made over one coat of approved wood/steel primer including preparing surfaces, filling with putty, scaffolding and cleaning etc. complete

Painting the exterior walls and roof with two coats of Snowcryl XT acrylic emulsion/APEX Ultima of approved shade including preparing the surface by removing loose dust and dirt with stiff brush and washing the surface with clean water, treating the surface with antifungal chemical wherever required, filling holes with putty, scaffolding and cleaning etc. complete as per specification.

Providing & fixing Sun Control Polyester film (Garware or equivalent) to the glasses of Aluminium/steel windows,Aluminium doors/partitions in approved reflecting shade including proper cleaning of windows,doors,partitions ,glasses ,proper cutting of film ,fixing using approved adhesives on glasses and films including the cost of all materials and labourers,scafolding etc complete as directed by engineer in charge.

Fabricating and supplying at site Hollow Metal Flush Doors consisting of 14G CRCA pressed steel frame and 16 G CRCA pressed steel shutters, 40mm thick, with 16 G pressed steel channel stiffeners, corner stiffening plates for hardware, cut outs for vision panels m.s. beading with necessary screws, one coat of approved steel primer paint etc. complete as per drawing and specifications including the cost of heavy duty m.s. hinges and providing necessary recesses with stiffening plates for shutter and frame for fixing CPMS aldrop, handles, tower bolts, door closers etc. including check up for correctness of recesses and stiffening plates for all fittings and fixtures including the cost of mortise locks, handles, tower bolts, door closers and glass for vision panel etc. complete.

Providing & fixing in position 50mm thick heavy density THERMOCOLE (density not less than 18kg/m³) in ceilings for under deck insulation at all heights, tying thermocole to ceiling with 10 G G.I. wire including cutting to required size, sticking with bitumen & sealing the joints with approved bitumastic compound etc. complete including cost of all materials and labours involved for complete work etc. as per specification.

Providing & fixing in true horizontal level M/F suspended false ceiling (FR-120 min) system manufactured by M/s Saint-Gobain Gyproc India using Gypsteel Ultra perimeter channels (27mm web and 20 & 30mm flange) fixed to wall with rawl plug and screws, at 610mm centres along the perimeter of ceiling, intermediate channels(45mm web and 15mm each flange) from the soffit at 900mm centre with ceiling angle (25x10mm,0.55mm thick) fixed to soffit @ 1220mm c/c with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners to form a grid of 900mm x 1220mm. Ceiling section (51.5mm web and 26mm each flange)fixed to intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 457.5mm centres. Single layers of 15mm tapered edge Gyproc Fireline fixed to ceiling section with screws at 230mm centres. Square and tapered edges of the boards to be jointed and finished flush look including filling and finishing with jointing compound, paper fiber tape and two coats of drywall top coat etc. complete.
