Cost of Annual Charges for Annual maintenance contract for repair and Maintenance of Air Conditioning system fitted in 20 nos. Equipments working at Nigahi Project, NCL as per scope of work including labour charges,charges for Refrigerant, compressor oil, tools tackles,transportation, profit and any other misc. charges at Nigahi Project, NCL.

Annual maintenance contract for repair and maintenance of Air Conditioner system fitted in Operator Cabin of 11 nos. BD355 Dozer, 05 nos. Water Sprinkler (70KL) and 04 nos. Motor Graders (model BG825) at Nigahi Project. Scope of Work: :Annual Maintenance Contract for maintenance & repair of Air Conditioning system fitted in Operator cabin of 20 nos. Equipment [11 nos. BD355 Dozer (having sl. No. T-1274,T-1601,T-1602,T-1605, T-1606, T-1652,T-1767,T1628,T-1757,T-1772,T-1748), 05 nos. 70KL Water Sprinkler (sl. No. 70005, 70007,70020,70022,70023) and 04 nos. BG825 model Motor Graders (sl. No. 25047, 25052, 25057, 25062)] at Nigahi Project at site having detail scope of work as follows- (1)To make operative the Air Conditioning system fitted in operator cabin of 11 nos. BD355 Dozer, 05 nos. Water Sprinkler (70KL) and 04 nos. Motor Graders (model BG825) at the beginning of contract (2) To carry out Periodic and schedule inspection and maintenance of Entire Air Conditioning system as per check list and OEM recommendation. Thorough inspection of AC system by team consisting of System specialist with helper in line with the check sheets and OEM recommendations. Also to submit health report of Air Conditioning system fitted in above equipments on weekly basis to concerned In-Charges (3) To attend and rectify any break down/ repair within 08 hours after being informed by SMS /email/ on their registered mobile no. etc. (4) Refilling and top up of Refrigerant and compressor oil as and when required to maintain proper cooling (within 19 degree C to 25 degree C) in Operator cabin of Equipment during contract period. Refrigerant used by you should comply recommendation of Govt agency. Refilling of Refrigerant includes Leakage test with Nitrogen at every joint by means of applying soap solution, vacuum formation in the system by means of vacuum pump, Refrigerant charging with adjustment of high and low pressure cut off and to ensure proper cooling in the operator cabin (5) To assist in planning and procurement of spare parts for annual maintenance and repair for stocking at our end. Note-Compressed Air for cleaning purpose of job, Water & Electricity if required for doing the job covered under AMC will be provided by NCL. Spares will be provided/ supplied departmentally except Refrigerant and Compressor oil, which has to be provided by contractor
