Disconnecting HV/LV Connections of Transformer, testing their serviceability (Open and Closed circuit test) with the help of composite unit of Transformer 1000 KVA,33000/433V complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of U/S bushing,gasket,brass spindle with nut,washers carefully without any damage to existing parts and labour for fixing new bushing complete to match with nut, washers etc., replacement of brass spindle for terminal on EHV side threaded complete and sealing the same with sealing material gasket/cork sheet of existing transformer 33/0.433 KV, 1000 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing/minor repairs / painting of 33 KV grid station made out of steels poles, channels, cross arms latice structure for 33/0.433 KV, transformer of capacity 1000KVA (02 Nos) having one feeder each complete and connected CT/PT, incl greasing for all moving parts, replacement of rusted / unserviceable nuts, bolts, washers, jumpers, PG clamps, T connector, clamps etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i)Contrator shall visit site before quoting rates for this item. (ii) Contractor shall apply for shut down of not more than three hours per day at least 7 days in advance. (iii) Painting shall be with two coats of aluminium paint on cross arms/ lattice structure/poles and with two coats of syntheticenamel paint for transformer after cleaning/scraching the surface thoroghly.

M&L for dehydration of transformer oil of transformer of capacity 1000 KVA 33 KV/0.433KV ,oil capacity-1400 Litre by means of Centrifugal Filtration Plant to acheive minimum turnover of 3 cycle or till die electric strength to achieved upto 50 KV at 4 mm gap and testing complete including all arrangement of T&P and electrical equipment and transport etc in presence of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling of new insulating transformer oil for make up of transformer of cap 33/0.433 KV during dehydration, confirming to IS 335/1993 and having dielectric strength of 50 KV at 4 mm gap complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs Breather Assembly filled with Silica Gel as approved and suitable for Transformer 01 MVA complete all as specified and as directed

Inspection/Servicing to outdoor VCB 33 KV 630 Amps of AREVA make with full functionality by doing following jobs including testing and commissioning to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. (a) Cleaning the external surface of bushing with CTC or liquid ammonia to remove the accumulation of dirt or any other deposits. Inspection of bushings and make sure that vibration due to break operation have not caused the bushings to move resulting misalignment of contacts. (b) Checking the vacuum interrupter assembly and contact Checking the alignment of contacts and setting the contact surfaces to bare firm and uniform pressure and adjust the gap as per manufacture tolerance. Badly potted contact needs to be replaced. (c) Checking of operating voltage watt mechanism terminals tripping arrangement for positive tripping. Contacts to be examined for their condition and operation. Dress the pitted contacts. (d) Inspecting all bolts, nuts pins and collar pins for tight and opened properly (e) Inspection cleaning and relubrication of circuit breaker (f) calibration of outdoor VCB 33 KV 630 Amps along with primary current injection test of 33 KV current Transformers (CTs) & Potential Transformer (PTs) and checking the electrical circuit for fault condition and proper functioning for testing of L&T relay MC61AnX at MRS 33/0.433 KV DSCC powerhouse including calibration of relay indoor control panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread of lime (chunna) powder for the two pole structures / 33 KV Main Receiving Station yard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Repalcement of synthetic Rubber insulated mats 3.0 mm thick for voltage upto 33 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting of chain link fencing arround the substation and steel angle poles, with two coat of silver paint after cleaning/scrapping the surface throughly incl main gate complete, and writing on main gate with font and size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 250 mm X 200 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for cleaning of sub station premises switch yard area for Cutting wild grass, bushes, unwanted vegetation removal of shrubs,debries, grass and vegetation upto required standard of inspection point of view complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cleaning the complete substation will be considered as one job

M&L for Chemical earthing as per 'ASHLOK" make model T-39 zinc coated safe earthing electrode (SEE) of 3 mtr length with inner pipe of 40 mm dia with min 80-100 micron coating filled with black fill compound mixed with soil and high specific gravity crystalline conductive mixture (CCM) of grade 'B' filled inside the earth electrode incl drilling of hole of 200 mm dia bore with boring machine up to 15 mtrs depth in hard rock and filling the bore hole with black cotton soil up to 17 mtrs level i.e. below the electrode bottom level, incl PCC earth pit and GI earth strip of 32x6 mm with GI tubing light grade for protection up to 7.5 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing strip of 32x6mm galvanised iron fixed to wall on batten or recessed or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 15mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion including taking down old unserviceable earthing set complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to rest pont upto length of 7.5 meters length shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) On testing after completion if desired resistance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.

Supply installation and commissioning of DC chargeable battery bank of 48 VRLA(2V x 24) 100 AH. Batteries shall be made of closed type lead acid cells with VRLA type(48V) plates manufactured to confirmed to IS : 1652-1991 complete all as specified and directed.The capacity of batteries shall be- (i) Voltage - 36V (ii) Output at 27 degree- 100Ah at 10hrs discharge rate Note :- (i) MS angle iron frame to be deemed included in the quoted rate. (ii) Batteries connection in parallel will be done by contractor.

Supply and fixing float cum booster charger for VRLA type, full wave, full controlled type , suitable for 48V VRLA type battery operation from 415V, 50 Hz, charger panel shall be rigid, self supporting structure,completely assembled and totaly enclosed cubical. The enclosure of charger shall be made of CRCA sheet of thickness not less than 3 mm, the panel shall have hinged front and back doors, wiring shall be copper PVC insulated FRLSH. The float and equiliser charging shall both be adjustable from the front of the charger control panel, Battery circuit shall be provided with HRC fuse, input volt meter and ammeter shall be of digital type. The LED lamps for indicating input/output and other functions shall be provided annuciation with audiovisual alarm complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Any other items not stipulated but required are included in the scope of supply. The contractor shall submit test report .
