Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for re-moving caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0. 70 -1.00 kg/sqm on surface of WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed

Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat of Cationic bituminous emulsion SS1 confirming to IS : 8887 at a rate of application of 0.70 - 1.00 kg / Sqm by using mechanical sprayer on surface of WMB, as specified in table 500-3 of MoRTH specification, complete all as specified

M&L for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat of Cationic bituminous emulsion RS1 confirming to IS : 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2 - 0.30 kg / Sqm by using mechanical sprayer on the bituminus surface of road, as specified in table 500-3 of MoRTH specification after cleaning the existing surface, complete all as specified

M&L for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with minimum 6% binder content using paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 tonne tandem vibratory roller complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete shall be prepared in hot mix plant only. (ii) Bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete shall be laid with sensor paver only. (iii) Binder content shall be tested at site as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam for consolidated thickness upto 75mm or less with using 19mm graded (Grading 2) stone aggregate with minimum 4.0% binder content using paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 tonne tandem vibratory roller complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Premixed bituminous macadam shall be prepared in hot mix plant only. (ii) Premixed bituminous macadam shall be laid with sensor paver only. (iii) Binder content shall be tested at site as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of existing bituminous road surfaces by removing dust, dirt grease and other foreign matters etc and after prepration of road surfaces, applying road marking paint having minimum 2.5 mm average thickness and 150 / 100 mm width with & including thermo plastic (Reflective) line marker paint/ compound of uniform surface finish conforming to BS 3262 (Part-I) 1989 read in conjunction with the MORTH specification 800.4 on bituminous surfaces in white/ yellow colour and super imposed with glass beads conforming to BS 6088 read in conjuction with the MoRTH specification 800.4 complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) MORTH specification 800.4 shall be followed strictly for execution of work & suitable machine shall be used for the marking as approved by GE. (ii) Shape, size & pattern of marking shall be as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in repair aluminium casted cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy, size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens refector and fixed as per Manufacturer's instructions using Epoxy resin based adhesive complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, in repair, solar cat eye/ studs of size 125mmx 125mmx 25mm (shank 65mm) with aluminium alloy (100% water proof design according to IP 67), high efficiency Mono-Crystalline Solar Panel 2.40V/ 0.30Watt having one Ni-Mh or NI-cd rechargable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA), Six Super Bright LEDs with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd (Millicandela) having flash rate 2 Hz and bearable weight 10 tons approx with view distance upto 1000 meters of any colour i.e yellow, red, blue, green or white as required at site, working temp 10o-75o C, working time 3 to 4 days after fully charged battery, charging time 5 to 6 hours from direct sun light, maintenance free, un-breakable poly carbonate clear facing, automatically turns on at night and turns off at dawn including all fixing arrangment as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, in repair, metal tubular delineator (as per IRC 79-1981) made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC block of size (150x150x300mm) in (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, complete all as specified and directed

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

S & F Road Sign boards frame made of stainless steel pipe 50 mm dia and 3 mm thick plain aluminium sheet including writing of letters and logo in retro reflective tape of appropriate size and PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 as in foundation for embedding of boards complete ( height of sign board above GL should be 2.80 Mtr and width 1.20 mtr ) including taking down of Old wooden/MS board of any description all as shown on drawings and as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix polycarbonate reflective convex mirror of size 800mm dia made of ABS/ fiber/ plastic body with upper collar complete with mounting hardware i.e. necessary clamps & nut bolts etc mounted on and including 65mm dia MS pipe having 2.0M length duly painted with and including two coats of synthetic enamel paint as approved by GE over a coat of red oxide primer and fixed on the ground after necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, embeding the MS pipe in the ground with & including PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate (minimum PCC block size 200mmx 200mmx 200mm for proper grouting) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas , not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil exceeding 250 metre but not exceeding 500 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for moorum/ red bajri, spread in layers n exc 15cm thick, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required complete all specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Compacted thickness shall be measured and paid. (ii) Rolling/ compaction shall be done by vibromax roller only.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm in thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris to out side MD land complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removal of debris to out side MD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) Type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floors, path/ paving etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6) Type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floors, path/ paving etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 80mm thick, machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size, conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-40 Grade laid over and including 50 mm thick river sand/M-sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

PCC(1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in seismic and other similar bands, coping, bed block or similar work including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutter, rain water pipes, AC/PVC pipe of any size or pattern including all fittings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & fixing 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches etc complete all as specifed & directed.

Schedule of credit amount of Rs. 11,470.00 to be deducted during AOC
