M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound and surface finished even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (ISI Mark) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agregate including necessary form work as in manholes cover slab etc, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Re-inforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of BOQ here in after)

M&L for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT steel bars 6mm to 8mm, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out etc as in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and exc 1.5m deep but n.exc 3.0 m deep for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n.exc10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete bed of PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for 100 mm dia drain pipes including forming cradles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in renewal of water closet including provision of cement concrete bedding viterous china squatting pan orrisa pattern of size 580x440 mm white with integral foot rest etc excluding flushing cistern complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in renewal viterous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white, excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe including connection to drain and to flushing pipe syphonage pipe etc and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinges device & on CP Jet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep including cutting bushes, wages, hages etc and removing to as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specifed and directed.

Desiliting/desludging and removing of non-degradeble choking material including complete cleaning main sewer lines of dia 450/300/200/150/100 mm at any depth by using high pressure jetting (VACCUM SUCTION) by means of "Super Sucker" machine including plugging/cleaning and dewatering of manholes including removal and disposal of sludge/silt/non degradable material/ waste water etc out of MoD Land (the rates quoted are deemed to include for hiring & mobilisation of "Super Sucker" machine operated by technical staff/manpower and allied requiste manpower/ infrastructure required for smooth functioning of machine and operation) complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking of liquid/solid content from sump/septic tank/soak well either manually or by pumping clearing thoroughly including disposal of liquid/solid content out of the Cantt Area ,depositing in pit and covering with layers of earth and taking all precautions against foul/hazzardous gas etc, complete all as specified and directed . (Notes :- (i) Volume occupied by silt/sludge & other deposits (Semi solids) shall only be measured by stacking and paid for against the item. (ii) Volume occupied by effluent (liquid/ waste water above silt/sludge & other deposits) shall not be measured and paid. However quoted rates shall be deemed to be includde for bailing out of effluent.)

M&L for cleaning blockage by manually or mechanically in sewage line upto 10 mtr depth, WC GT, NT, FT & man holes in entire Hathi Khana & SV colony, MH & 3rd Lancer line and nearby OTM area upto new ECHS, 4th Infantry lines and nearby OTM area upto military farms area under AGE B/R-I by engaging safaiwala (06 Nos alongwith supervisor) on all working days from 0830 hrs to 1700 hrs along with T&P i.e. gum boot, mask, safety device etc as required for cleaning blockage and keep smooth functional the entire sewage lines including manholes to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge etc complete all as specified and directed. Note for sch 'A' item above : (i) Contractor's supervisor will report on all working days along with six safai wala (two for Hathi Khana, SV colony, MH & 3rd Lancer line area, two for TPT lines and nearby OTM area upto new ECHS, two for 4th Infantry lines and nearby OTM area upto military farms) at 0830 hrs at B/R maintainance cell to receive complaint for blockage and to submit complition report on same day by 1700 hrs. (ii) Printed complaint slip Area wise as per format approved by Engineer-in-Charge shall be provided and maintained by contractor. Cost for the same shall deemed inclusive in the quoted rate. (iii) Rate quoted above shall be deemed to incl the cost of adequate T&P, equipment, safety device etc alongwith sufficient labour to fullfill the requirement to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Any despute related to above shall be resolved by Garrison Engineer and his decision shall be final, binding and conclusive. (iv) If there is any major blockage in sewer line for which additional Safaiwalas and special T&P is required same shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost to Govt therefore contractor is advice to visit the site before quoting the rate in tender. (v) All sewage blokage complaint must be attended within 24 hrs. any sewage blokage complaint is not clear within 24hr (except and otherwise few major/ Difficult complaint prior intimation/notice to GE/ Engr-in-Charge) compensation as per P.S. per Day per non attending of complaint shall be charged from contractor work done without any prior notice based on Job card i.e. user satisfaction.
