M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one undercoat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Lightning arresters suitable for 11 kV expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65-kilo amp complete all as specified and directed

M&L for anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for composite polymer disc type insulator 11000V grade as per IEC 61109, polymer type, 145mm high and 255mm diameter ball and socket type, white, brown, or green with bituminous paint, malleable cap, W splint and ball pin complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Switch air break gang operated (polymer type) for 11 KV grade, triple pole horizontal mounted rocking on insulator and fitted on steel frame, current rating 200 Amps, mechanically operated mechanism from ground level consisting of operating rod of GI pipe of suitable bore (dia) ‘light grade’ of suitable length worked from Ground Level and with and including locking arrangement mild steel flat iron clamp 50 x 6 mm and DO fuse mounted on 12 insulators,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stay assembly complete with accessories like stay clamp, stay wire, stay insulator, stay grips, thimble stay bow, stay-rod 20mm dia , and stay-plate as shown in electrical plate No. 1 and as per IS 2141-2000 (fourth revision) complete all as specified and as directed. Note 1 :- Loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation, and concrete shall be measured and paid separately Note 2 :- The cost of painting with synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide primer is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for earthing with copper plate 600x600x3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground (top edge of the plate should not be less than 1.50Mtrs below ground level) connected to copper strip 20x3mm by means of copper/brass nut, bolt duly brazed earth strip protected with 32mm bore medium grade GI pipe from electrode and upto and including watering pipe medium grade 15mm bore GI pipe including funnel, wire mesh, providing alternate layer of 150mm thick each charcoal and salt upto 1.2mtr, PCC chamber using PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bar @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 8mm dia, plastering 15mm thick CM (1:6) externally up to 150mm below ground level, GI funnel with 20mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering and wire mesh incl excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified and shown on Electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and writing Test Results (in white) on a black painted M.S. Plate (size 300x300x3mm th) duly welded with angle iron of size 40X40x5mm, 60cm long, fixed with the earth pit chamber by grouting complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Copper strip and GI protection pipe medium grade, up to 7.5mtr shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted for earthing. (ii) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil strata shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted for earthing. (iii) The rates quoted by the contractor are deemed to be included for MS sheet of size 300x300x3mm thick, fixed with necessary nuts and bolts on angle iron of size 40X40x5mm, 60cm long and grouted with PCC block of size 200x200x250mm(PCC 1:3:6 using 20mm grade stone aggregate including necessary earth work for marking the result purpose.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (top edge of the plate should not be less than 1.50Mtrs below ground level) connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as specified incl 40 mm GI tubing medium grade and necessary fitting for protection of GI strip incl laying of charcoal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 150mm th, PCC chamber using PCC(1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bar @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 8mm dia, plastering 15mm thick CM (1:6) externally up to 150mm below ground level, GI funnel with 20mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering and wire mesh incl excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified and shown on Electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) incl testing and writing Test Results (in white) on a black painted M.S. M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, as required of size 32 x 6mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr depth for foundation and laying of cable and getting out in any type soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning and spreading clean, dry, fine river sand for UG electric cable in two layers (8 cm thick before laying the cable & 15 cm thick after laying cable) total 23 cm thick including gentle punning the sand upto 18 cm (total thickness) and consolidated around cable for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Only punned down thickness shall be measured for payment).

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in soft/loose soil etc complete as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus excavated soil not exceeding 50 m distance and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying PCC cable covers for protection of cable cover LV low voltage type -I flat ISI marked of size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC type- C-1 (1:3:6) (using 40mm graded aggregate) for foundation of poles struts & stay assembly etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 in coping of poles etc (using 20mm graded coarse aggregate) including fair finishing the exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement and necessary form work for coping of poles all as specified and directed for the following

M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by manually depth not less than 75 cm for insertion of GI Pipe of size 80 mm bore light grade for short length complete all as specified and directed. Note :- GI pipe 40 mm dia light grade shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule 'A'.

M&L for Supplying, Laying, jointing, and testing XLPE insulated, armored, heavy-duty, aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches/ducts, floors, fixed to walls, etc. complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes :-. (a) 70 Sqmm, 3.5 core

(b) 50 Sqmm 3 ½ core

(c) 16 Sqmm 4 core

Design, fabricate, supply, install, test, and commission of factory made floor mounted LT cubical panel board Indoor type (double door) powder coated CRCA approved made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet enclosed with necessary ventilations, weather, dust, and vermin-proof with front and rear opening and locking arrangement 415Volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz having Aluminium bus bar of capacity 600 Amps and full neutral duly color-coded and for neutral supported with DMC/SMC insulators colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve hearing short circuit current with stand minimum 35 KA for one-second complete connection from bus bar to breakers with suitable copper cable , panel board shall be grouted in the ground with suitable size of foundation in PCC 1:2:4 type B1, MS channels for base frame 50x50x6 mm and supports, GI nut, bolts, washers etc. The panel board shall comprises following accessories (A) Incoming :- (a) MCCB 4P, 160 Amp, 25KA - 01 Nos (Thermal Magnetic Type) (b) The following items are provided in one compartment :- (i) Three Indication LED Lamp with wiring - Set of 03 (ii) Multi functional Digital Meter - 01 No (B) Out going :- (a) MCCB 3 P 63 Amp, 16 KA - 01 Nos (Thermal Magnetic Type) (b) MCCB 3 P 100 Amp, 16 KA - 01 Nos (Thermal Magnetic Type)

Supply and erect H beam (RSJ poles) of size 152 X 152 mm, 31.7 Kg per meter with ±2.5% Tolerance, 11m height electric pole conforming to IS 2062-2011 modified upto date with grade E-250 (Fe 410) Quality- A Complete all as specified and as directed . Note:1 The following distinct nonerasable embossing shall be made on each steel beam. a. Name and logo of the manufacturer including ISI mark b. Designation of steel and size of Joist Note 2: Necessary excavation/PCC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix H beam clamps made out of MS flat 65 X 8mm including necessary MS Bolts/nuts & washers complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The Cost of painting with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer is included in the quoted rate.

M&L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete with Type B-2 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) precast block for base peddling of size 450X450X75mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing coil of 115 turns of 50mm dia and 2.5m lead of 4mm dia GI wire complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation and painting of new iron surfaces of any description with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Anti-climbing devices; comprising 2.24mm dia (14 SWG) galvanized steel 2-strand barbed wire with 2.00mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5 to 1.0 metre clamped and properly secured including clamps complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild for steel screw bolts (machine-made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n, etc 15cm long and dia of 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for polymer type pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown, or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers, and one galvanized iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 11 KV strain hardware (T&C) type fitting made of high-quality raw materials Hot Dip galvanized routine tested as per relevant IS standards complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix stay wire 7/4.0 mm (7/8 SWG) of grade 4 quality with a minimum tensile strength of 700/N/sqm and conforming to IS 2141-2000 complete all as specified and as directed.
