Material and labour for point wiring for one light point/fan/bell point controlled by one switch with using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor, single core, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade in existing conduit of any description all as directed with using old existing sunken type pressed steel box/cast iron switch boards/terminal boxes for mounting fittings accessories and wiring to be terminated in existing sunken boxes with and including all accessories and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for provision of covering existing sunken boards/terminal boxes / junction boxes of any shape and size with 3mm thick laminated sheet fixed with suitable GI screws and cup washers (ii) Fittings like switches, sockets, regulators, lamp holders, light fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'/BOQ

Material and labour for point wiring for one light point /fan/bell point controlled by one switch with using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor, single core, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade in and including concealed PVC conduit (Medium grade) of suitable size not less then 20mm dia all as directed with using new sunken type pressed steel box/terminal boxes of suitable size, 2mm thick duly painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of black bituminous paint for mounting fittings/junction boxes with and including all accessories and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conductor, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) The quoted rates is deemed to be inclusive for cutting chases in wall/pillars/columns etc. of any description for concealing the conduits to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing colour of surface. (ii) The portion of point wiring at ceiling shall be in surface conduit of suitable size fixed on ceiling surface with using PVC rawl plugs and provision of covering sunken boards/terminal boxes / junction boxes of any shape and size with 3mm thick laminated sheet fixed with suitable GI screws and cup washers (iii) Fittings like switches, sockets, regulators, lamp holders, light fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'/BOQ.

S&F in repair LED bulk head fitting 10 watt energy saving new generation IP 65 luminatre with opel diffuser complete with lamp all as specified and directed by Engr - in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair LED porch light IP55 surface mounted porch light in engineering plastic housing with clear prismatic diffuser 6W LED complete with lamp etc and all accessories pre wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size upto the ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Street light fittings LED 30W new generation energy saving & environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die-cast aluminium IP66 roadway luminaire with high power LED as light source with acrylic cover suitable for pole dia O 40mm(Max) with complete (40 mm GI pipe light grade ), clamp, nut-bolt and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Dismaintling and taking out MCB DBs any size , any type and capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of sheet metal enclosure Double door for DB’s 8 way 240 volts with 200 Amps rated bus bar for single phase and neutral supply complete fixed properly on in concealed position and to connect their incoming/outgoing electric connections by means of suitable sizes of lugs/thimbles and to provide required sizes of flexible conduit at any open surfaces near DB’s of cables/wires complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 36 here-in-before but DB’s 12 way.

Supply and fixing of sheet metal enclosure Double door for DB’s 4 way 415 volts, triple pole and neutral supply complete, fixed properly on MS strips and to connect their incoming/outgoing electric connections by means of suitable sizes of lugs/thimbles and to provide required sizes of flexible conduit at any open surfaces near DB’s of cables/wires complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made epoxy powder coated distribution board TP & N 4 ways (VTPN MCCB DB) with metal door (IP-43 protection) fabricated from minimum 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet and fixed flush to wall and suitable for universal mounting and including 200 Amps copper bus bar, neutral bar, strandard DIN rail, earth bar and cable ties for cable management, top and bottom removable gland plates with Knockouts and suitable for one TPN-MCCB 100 /125 Amps as incomer and 12 SP MCBs (or any combination of SP/TP MCBs ) outgoings complete all as specified & directed.

Dismaintling & taking out MCBs and isolators any size , any type and capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB single pole 6 to 32 Amps, 'B' Curve , 10KA, 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed

S&F MCB Single pole and neutral 40 Amps, 'C' curve, 10KA, 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB TPN 63 Amps, 10 KA, 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & fixing in repair MCCB, 3 pole, 125 Amps, 50Hz, 415 Volts with rupturing capacity 35/36 KA with thermal magnetic release and adjustable overload setting having type DPX 125 conforming to IEC-609472 & IS-139473 to be fixed in distribution board complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down sub main wiring any size any type complete from existing wooden batted/PVC/steel conduit as in surface/concealed position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring using two single core PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 10.0 Sqmm of voltage rating upto and including 1100 Volts grade in existing steel / PVC conduit, along-with one run of PVC(green colour) insulated , unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of size 10 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Two run of single core copper coductor cable and one run of copper conductor cable as inearth conductor shall be measured as one unit.

All as per item No 46 here-in-before but using 6 Sqmm cable in submain and 6 Sqmm cable as in earth wire.

All as per item No 46 here-in-before but using 4 Sqmm cable in submain and 4 Sqmm cable as in earth wire.

M&L for sub main wiring using two single core PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 10.0 Sqmm of voltage rating upto and including 1100 Volts grade in and including concealed PVC conduit, medium grade of size not less than 25 mm bore along-with one run of PVC(green colour) insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of size 10 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Two run of single core copper coductor cable and one run of copper conductor cable as inearth conductor shall be measured as one unit. (ii) The quoted rate shall deemed to to include cutting/chases.

All as per item No 49 here-in-before but using 6 Sqmm cable in submain and 6 Sqmm cable as in earth wire with PVC conduit 20mm dia medium grade.

All as per item No 49 here-in-before but using 4 Sqmm cable in submain and 4 Sqmm cable as in earth wire with PVC conduit 20mm dia medium grade.

M&L for sub main wiring using two single core PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 10.0 Sqmm of voltage rating upto and including 1100 Volts drawn in and including surface PVC conduit, medium grade of dia not less than 25mm with standard accessories, along-with one run of PVC(green colour) insulated , unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of size 10.0 Sqmm as neutral & earth continuity conductor all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Two run of single core copper coductor cable and one run of copper conductor cable as inearth conductor shall be measured as one unit.

All as per item No 52 here-in-before but using 6 Sqmm cable in submain and 6 sqmm cable as in earth wire and 20mm PVC conduit

All as per item No 52 here-in-before but using 4 Sqmm cable in submain and 4 sqmm cable as in earth wire and 20mm PVC conduit, medium grade.

S&F in replacement single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete in metal clad board (Industrial type) with one single pole MCB of capacity 20 Amps, 240 Volts complete fixed on wall by provisioning of suitable sizes of MS strips, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as required and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement 34W LED recess softline luminaire suitable for armstrong/grid ceiling with high brightness LEDs and PMMA extruded diffuser giving glare free light and good aesthetic appeal, fixture size 595x595x70mm complete with LED tube with driver and all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge.
